5 stars**** was a great addition to your technician staff! He was very knowledgeable and articulate in explaining the service actions he would be taking. 5 stars*** the electrician and Cranney were great in picking up where ******* had let us down, in that after the cleanup services, they refused to provide the restoration services they promised because they now were too busy. I had to act as a general contractor myself and leaned on Cranney to provide plumbing and electric for help which they did happily and flexibly in having their people available to come work around the other professions I had on the job. Their employees were polite, neat and as always knowledgeable. So much appreciated ;thank you Cranney and *** as well ***** who did the initial work on the rough-in and was on vacation when *** stepped in to give us power.Review fromNancy C

5 starsGreat! ******* checked the electrical panel and explained the task needed to bring it up to code.
