    We purchased an item on 7/24/24 and put in a return request on 8/1/24, well within the return window the company has on their website. After receiving a general automated response email that stated I would receive return information within 3-5 business days I did not receive any further communication from the company regarding the status of my return or next steps to get our refund. I have submitted a total of five requests for an update on a return, all of which have been ignored. We are seeking a refund for the entirety of the purchase.

    We ordered a daily communicator for my stepmom who has dementia on June 12th and it has not arrived, we have not gotten any response to emails or phone calls. We want a full refund for *****.

    I work for ***************************************************. I ordered a leg prepper pad from AliMed for the clinical engineering department at the hospital on May 2nd, 2024. After 2 weeks of not receiving the order, I inquired with our buyer who made the purchase with AliMed. They reached out to AliMed for a status update and we received no reply. I attempted to reach out to them again with no reply after another week or so. Eventually, after 2 weeks from originally trying to contact them, we found out we were on credit hold. This is because a different hospital that used to be apart of the same system (Centura) hadn't paid their bills. On about June 14th, 2024 we finally got the item I had ordered. As it turned out, the guy who had me order the prepper pad was given the wrong dimensions so the pad was the wrong size. I called AliMed customer service and was told they had a form to fill out for returns on their website. I filled out the form for a return, got a confirmation email and everything but received no reply. The return form was filled out on June 20th. I then emailed them on July 5th and still have not heard from them. Their customer service is non existent and I want this item returned for a full credit.

    I buy two Knee Brace on Alimed website in 06.06.2024. their website shows that this item is in stock,and have already paid by credit card.A description of the website's promised shipments(Most orders placed Monday through Friday before 3pm ET are shipped that same business day. Shipping will not occur on Saturday, Sunday or on National US Holidays. )So many days have passed,this company did not ship the goods?I emailed them to ask about shipping one week ago,but no one replied any emails.I've already paid for it,they don't ship the goods, and don't give any reply emails. Please help me get a refund or have them shipped Thank you

    My supervisor advised the whole staff of my confidential written warning that was given to me. I've attached a screenshot where she, my supervisor (***********************) informed our entire staff of this. In addition. there is work harassment in the form of being told your seconds late from arriving from a break/lunch. There is photo proof attached for your review.

    12/08/2023 had an appointment with my husband's Occupational therapist she suggested we buy this product. On Dec.20th,2023 we received this inflatable carrot! No kit,just this inflatable carrot! They also charged me *****. I called the next day,spoke to a representative who told me to keep ****** would cost to much to ship back. Also,told me he would refund my money and I could buy the whole kit with new SKU. I have called,give me the run around! Emailed ,no responses! We are on a fixed income and ***** for a useless product is a tragedy to us! I've heard horrible things about this company since then! Please help! Sincerely,***********************

    I ordered 3 products from them( order # E1853766 )There item #*****, I ordered and received correctly.Item #***** I ordered 2 of these what was shipped was item #***** which I can not use. On 12/8/23 I received the shipment and found the error in shipping I called the company and spoke to a women (name not remember) explained the issue and how it was a miss pick from shipping ***** she told me see would be getting back to me with shipping detail on returning the wrong items and when the correct items would be shipped, I have heard nothing ! I have tried calling this phone # ************ several times and have responded to all of there options they have for the last month and still no response. I have reached out the my credit card and put in a dispute of charge hoping you and them with get *** to respond.

    We purchased x-ray gowns from Alimed this past summer, 2023. The velcro that holds the gown shut is failing. We have been trying since November 2023 to contact Alimed with the problem. We have made several phone calls and sent emails all with no reponse. We'd like either a refund or replacement gowns. Thank you.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  We've been trying to contact them since November 2023.  As of this morning, I have not received any communications regarding our issue.
