    Ordered product and sizing is wrong. ******** tendon support product- baggy fit in the middle of the brace. Customer support is terrible. They said no returns OR exchanges allowed even though the fit of the item is defective according to their sizing method. Brace was $125.

    Poor product and terrible customer service. Purchased three hand exercisers made of cheap foam that fell apart within a week. Cost of product $21.29 and shipping was $12.99! Over a month of back and forth with customer service and they were untruthful about when and if refund would be made. This company needs better quality products and better customer service. Will never do business with Alimed again. Zero rating if I could.

    I feel there is no customer service from them that will end up getting your item returned. Emails didn't work either as it said they would get information about the return back to us in 3-5 days. That was not true... When you go to their customer service on the phone the hold time is extremely long. However, they do encourage you to leave a call back number and a customer service rep will call you back. But when the call does come in as soon as you answer the call hangs up. There is a way to leave a message but calls do not get returned.

    Recently purchased an expensive foot brace that broke in half in a very short period of time As you can see on the BBB reviews show here the customer service is not a concern to ********************** I also wish I could give them a zero-star rating
