    March 10, 2025 Police called Express Towing - came with the biggest truck. I did not need it. No one talked to me at all.Just hooked my Nissan Rogue up and gone in 30 minutes or so.I called on the 11th to get some information, and they asked if the car was paid for.I went there the next day.They told me I should asked the cops when I questioned the bill.They charged for 2 hours for the truck, 45 dollars for a key that no one asked for, 132 dollars for 35 dollars/day that I picked up on the 2nd day.There is another charge for 200/day?My car was fine by the way. Barely a scratch. On the first day I was there, first thing they asked was for my car title.Then threatened to take me to court after they sold my car for the rest of the money.And they want cash.The second day, when I wen to pick up the car, I asked then for a clear explanation for what I was paying for, they told me that I have to pay first.I paid. No ***************, I know that they weren't there for 2 hours. They then said that it was 1 hour and 15 ********** was not. Not even. If I try to be generous I will make it 35 to 40 minutes.I need to see their time log or whatever they can provide to prove that were there for 2 hours. They said they dealt with the police, so did they asked them if I had the key?They search my car, took my tools with the special key for my tire's log, and left everything else on the passenger's seat. This business is very... nasty? I can even use unprofessionalism. I went with a friend who witnessed the whole interaction where I had to be sarcastic, used dark humor to not react to how I interact with them, and he kept saying that he never seen anything like these people.I would evoke racism, but at their level, I don't thing it even mattered. They were just thieves. That's the only description I have for this business. I mean, I know it is hard for everyone right now, but that level of greed. Of nasty? Of evil? As if they were untouchable!

    Please allow this email to serve as our written response to complaint # ********. The motor vehicle that is being discussed in this complaint was towed by a local police department due to a motor vehicle collision. The vehicle had gone off the road, into the *****, coming to rest on some rocks. All responses and charges are in order per the Massachusetts *** and Massachusetts State Police rules and regulations.
