    Female "manager" at express towing weymouth cancelling my service call to AAA twice for a battery replacement under warranty. Third call AAA - express Towing weymouth documented with AAA that battery was tested and does not need to be replaced. Car locked battery was never tested RUDE IGNORANT MANAGER CANCELING MY CALL TO AAA LYING THAT SERVICE WAS DONE. DO NOT TRUST EXPRESS TOWING WHEN CALLING AAA Call AAA for 2018 Jeep which is dead possible battery needed, Express Towing ******** shows up with a flat bed and jumper cables - nothing to test battery - have Jeep jumped. Next day, **** dead again - call AAA they send Express towing - battery/alter. tested battery needs to be replaced. Asked Express Towing battery specialist if two batteries need to be replaced told only one battery in this 2018 Jeep. Express Towing will give us a heavy duty battery to cover all electronics. Jeep dead 6 days latter. Call AAA send express towing and Jeep towed to ***** Jeep for possible electrical issue - Not an electrical issue - Secondary battery (was told no secondary battery from express towing even when asked if there were two batteries!!!!) was draining big battery - battery slowed charged over night - battery which is under warranty is dead. Call AAA for replacement battery - told from AAA battery under warranty - they send express towing - no text showing express on their way - Call AAA - told service call cancelled - WE DID NOT CANCEL CALL - Another call place by AAA - call cancelled again Third call to AAA this time Documented with AAA Express towing tested battery and battery does not need to be replace - FEMALE "MANAGER" LYING TO AAA - CAR WAS LOCKED UP AND BATTERY NOT TESTED. HOW CAN A CONTRACTED AAA TOW COMPANY CANCEL MY CALLS TO AAA FOR HELP - THEY DID NOT WANT TO REPLACE BATTERY - DO NOT TRUST EXPRESS TOWING ******** - I PAY FOR MY AAA SERVICE TO BE HELPED - EXPRESS TOWING CANCELLING MY CALLS AND LYING TO AAA ON THE SERVICE THEY DID - ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE
