  ********************************* was hired to do a two month job in April of 2022 for 60k. He didn't even pull the permit to start the work until September 2022! This was after he had already received $50,000. Almost 15 months later I have become increasingly impatient and outspoken. On 05/17/2023 I sent him a text stating "***** when you sold Beeden rd you knew nails would be exposed in the bathroom. Children are going to be changing in and out of the bathing suits in the bath room. No homeowner would ever consider this to be an extra charge to dry wall a bathroom. You are going to do the right thing here. You also dug a drainage ditch because we shared conversations about run off. You then filled it in and did nothing. This isn't a horse and pony show. Debris is in the driveway. You need to hold yourself accountable. 8 weeks ago I gave you 4k to finish the job that has been paid for to be done properly."***** ignored me. Holding him accountable is the only way to deal with him. He is a bully and a liar. I have endless complaints.This morning on May 22, 2023 I sent him a text message complaining and reminding him that 14 months on the job is embarrassing. He promptly picked up called me and told me to "go f*** y*******." He also charged me 15k over the original quote and never provided a reasoning even though I asked him in writing. What he does is takes money from honest hard working people and spends it on other jobs never finishing what he starts. Then he ****** off the homeowner and abandons the work with all your cash and work needing to be completed by a different contractor.

  Don't Hire All Phases Carpentry and Hardscape/aka: All Phases Renovations, as of the beginning Nov 2022. My Daughter hired All Phases to build deck to pool and extend upper deck w/ new decking. Job cost $45,000, paid upfront $35,000 leaving Bal of $10,000. Started job last April with demo (no permit) left our back yard un useable all summer, finally received permit Oct 4th and re-started construction. Before completing either deck framing asked for $5,000 more and the owner wanted her to make the check out to him personally. she refused, stating they received 80% of money upfront with only 35-40% unfinished framing completed to date. She was told no more money we walk, and they did, we found out later he closed his business (All Phases Renovations) mystery, didn't tell us, just found the new company name on ******** advertisement. Hence asking for another $5,000, incidentally that wound have been 90% payment for the unfinished deck framing. New name change to (All Phases of Carpentry and Hardscapes LLC) was due to Incorporation back on Jan 1, 2022 just 11 months ago. The *** received their final approval with a certificate of organization on Nov 1, 2022. (Just in time after leaving our job)
