      7/22 J*** O'CONNOR WAS TO INSTALL ELECTRIC HEATERS AT MY WESTFIELD MA HOME. I UNDERSTAND IT TAKE TIME FOR PARTS I TOLD HIM NO HURRY AT THE TIME .I GAVE HIM 2,200 AFTER 3 MONTHS OR SO AND JAKE SAYING HE HAD THE PARTS HE KEPT MAKING EXCUSES AS TO WHY HE COULDN'T GET TO INSTALL. HE FINALLY SHOWED UP FOR A FEW HOURS IN SEPTEMBER. HE INSTALLED THE HEATERS WRONG AND I HAD TO SHUT OFF BREAKER TO ROOM. HE NEVER CAME BACK , THEN HE SAID HE NEEDED MORE PARTS. HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR PARTS AND NEVER CAME BACK. HE WOULD NOT ANSWER ANY CALLS OR TEXTS, EMAILS. HE ALSO INSTALLED FURNACE AT MY CHICOPEE HOMEIN SEPTEMBER. HE NEVER CHECKED EVERYTHING AND THE CONDENSATE PUMP KEPT OVER FLOWING FLOODING MY CELLAR. I COULDN'T GET AHOLD OF HIM TO CHECK IT OUT. I THOUGHT IT WAS THE HOT WATER TANK BECAUSE I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS NEW WITH FURNACE. IT COST ME 1500.00 DOLLARS TO GET HOT WATER TANK PUT IN AND IT WASNT FROM HOT WATER TANK BUT FROM DEFECTIVE CONDENSATE PUMP. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO REACH HIM TO TAKE CARE OF ANY OF THE PROBLEMS THAT HAVE ACCURED. HE TAKES PEOPLES MONEY AND NEVER FINISHES THE JOB. PEOPLE NEED TO BE INFORMED ABOUT HOW THIS GUY SCAMS PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK.

      I have a contract with the Contractor to provide labor, materials and installation of three HVAC units and removal of the old units. The unit provided were not the units quoted and I was instructed that they were not available at the time of installation so he provided a different make/model. I was instructed if I did not accept the new ac units then the wait time could be over a year. The units provided were not fully completed and the safety devices for the breaker on/off switch were not installed. The third a/c unit was not installed during the *********************************************************************************** 2023? I have numerous unanswered calls from the owner and emails delaying the installation in 2022. The work has not been fully completed and I have not been able to make any contact with the owner. Again multiple phone messages, texts to his cell phone and emails to him have result in no answers. First phone conversation was that he was on vacation and could not get the work done in 2022, second was that he was in the hospital and not able to complete the work and the third attempt to get him to complete the work was from the owner that he has no help to complete the work. I requested that he refund me the money for the unfinished but seem to be getting excuse after excuse on why the work can't be completed. I believe it's an attempt to delay the process.
