      He took full our payment for 3 AC units with installation, but he only installed 2 of the 3 units then ghosted us, out of business, no where to be found.

      Please people stay away from this contractor. I know a few people are dealing with the deposit getting taken and not finishing or starting the work. He still has finish my setup, and i been calling him and emaili g him for a year. But hes out making money from bigger jibs by what im told from someone. He is doing to alot of people. I file small claims court and he didn't sho up twice. Got 1 last date and I know he won't show. He should have his license token away and pay the consequences for robbin people of there money. If anyone is looking and has contacted him, please stay away.

      Hired Jake last year to do an HVAC job on my house. He requested 1/2 deposit to start the job. Paid him and he never completed the job. He kept pushing me off stating he was understaffed or was sick and would get to it the following day. Eventually he stopped responding. Called and messaged him multiple times with no response. Requested money to be returned no answer. Even stopped at his business, no one in sight. Finally filed a small claims. If this has happened to you I encourage that you file a claim against him and his company. The more people that file provides a better chance that further action can be taken against him and company! Its terrible that someone would do this to so many people!

      Totally untrustworthy business and cheating customers, License should be revoked!O'Connor HVAC Inc. gave me a quote for $20,000 on 07/08/2022 for installing a ********** Heatpump at my residence. Based on in-person conversations and over phone, email, and text messages I have given Jake O two deposit checks as below:08/15/2022, Bank1 Check# NNN- $5,000 08/22/2022, Bank2 Check#NNN- $5,000  Jake O was suppose to complete the install immediately in August'2022, he continued to push the install dates to Sept'22, Oct'222, Nov'22, Dec'22, and Jan'23. All these conversations happened through emails, phone calls, and phone messages. After 01/18/2023, Jake O stopped responding to any of my emails, messages, or phone calls. I have requested to return my deposit for which he never responded back. I filed a complaint with *********** Police on 12/19/2022, and Officer tried contacting Jake O through phone and left voicemails but there is no response back.Filed complaint with MassSave department as well but no response. Filed complaint with Mass Attorney General's Office. Three certified letters to his business address, residential address were returned. Seeking return of my deposit and flag contractor's business and license so he cannot cheat more people.
