1 starI reached out to Royal concerning my policy. The representative told me that she was not permitted to discuss policies. I would have to contact the dealer where my car was purchased. Again, I reiterates, the policy purchased is in my name, not the dealerships. After spending tem minutes debating for information, she disconnected my call. I then called back. Another woman answered and put me through the same mess refusing to disclose information concerning the policy purchased when I bought the the policy.Review fromDonna S

I was on the phone with a **** there yesterday and he was so ********* mean to me because I wanted to cancel. Nobody should ever have to listen to such a belligerent person. He would not let me cancel my membership and said i would have to write to them and have it notarized. My mechanic and the company that sold me my ***** pilot called **** and were hung up on twice by ****!!! My bank is now involved trying to get my money back from these idiot scammers.

1 starI wish there was a quarter of a star to rate. This company sends me cards to extend the warranty on a brand new car I bought in Sept. though I have 10 years left on the warranties. This was an added service from our dealer. A/c stopped working and they wanted it completely torn out to inspect it. Two weeks later after the adjuster finally inspected it they approved some of it to be fixed. We had to fight to only pay our deductible. Now weve had a rod thrown because of a possible blown head gasket and after an hour and half on phone they said a tow truck was sent to us. We paid $225 up front for this. Its 15 hours later. No tow truck still. Our phone has been blocked by *********************. The last thing we were told on the phone by this warranty company was to find our own tow truck.We had to leave the car an hour and a half from where we live because we cant afford the $1000 to tow it to where they want it towed to be inspected. And the payments to them are included ** in our auto loan so we cant cancel them.Royal Administration Services, Inc.

I was unable to pull up your contract with your name, but what I can tell you is that all our contacts with towing, only pay for the first $100 anything other than that is a customer pay. Also, you can cancel your contact at any time by calling the Dealer where you purchased it.Review fromJackie M

1 starI have to agree with everyone else here. This company is a scam. They will do whatever they can to come up with excuses and dance around fixing your issue until your warranty expires. I paid this company over $4500.00 more than the purchase price of my vehicle to get nothing but excuses, passing of the buck and blame to the repair shop on delays and reasons as to why nothing has been done. I called them and tried to get a straight answer out of them asking who I should use to make things as easy as possible for them when it comes to dealing with this issue. It took me asking ******* this question 4 times in a single call before I finally was finally given 3-4 vendors over the phone verbally. The fact I cant even get a straight answer gives me clear indications of a shady company that doesnt want to directly lie to their customer, so they just beat around the ****. Never buy any warranty with this company or any third party for that matter. They are just scammers, con artists, and thieves.Review fromLuis P

Do not set yourself up with this company I was told if I wanted to cancel it would be no hassle so the day I tried canceling I was told I needed a letter along with a notarized odometer of my miles which none of this was disclosed after speaking with different representatives horrible customer service the lady was very rude and kept cutting me off and was defensive if you are not trying to waste money stay away from this company horribleRoyal Administration Services, Inc.

If you had a contract with us and you wanted to cancel the procedure would be to refer you back to the sell Vendor. It looks like your complaint is with them and not Royal. I called this number . I waited 10 minutes before the man answered and he gave me theee different numbers. Then he told me to call this number I told them about the wrong vin number, wrong model, and he said "okay you need to call" and hung up on me. I called back and the same man said "we sell time shares". this is a scam.Royal Administration Services, Inc.
