5 starsIf you need your chimney serviced, Chimney Chap is the company to call. They helped me out of a very bad situation in which I was scammed (I had a leaking chimney). There is a lot more to my story relative to what the scammers did but it is too long to post here. I searched for another company to try and fix what they had done so I reached out to Chimney Chap and ***** was my first contact. She really went above and beyond. To sum it up, I have never received the level of service from any company as I received from Chimney Chap. I was beginning to think my situation was a hopeless cause until ***** the owner came to my house to review the situation and assured me they would be able to solve my problem. The entire staff at Chimney Chap were all very knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful and determined to fix the problem. My chimney had to be rebuilt from the roof line up due to the damage caused by the scammers and it now looks awesome. I highly recommend Chimney Chap and I am now a life- long customer.

5 starsThe Technicians were fantastic from chimney sweeping, 2 gas stove inserts, masonry work and just piece of mind - this company excels! The office personally were very knowledgeable and helpful to find the 'right'fit for our space! 5 starsThe team replaced the flu damper mechanism and the hood at the top of our chimney, as well as cleaning, inspecting and weatherproofing the brick chimney. They were very efficient, very thorough and careful with the plantings in the area around the chimney. I also inspected the inside of the chimney, including the fireplace area, inside our house, and found some structural weakness, which we will also have repaired. The two gentlemen were extremely pleasant and responsive and kept me informed of the work they were doing. I have used The Chimney Chap on an earlier occasion to put a liner in our furnace vent chimney, and the job they did on that project was equally good. 5 starsThey listened to the problem i had. The inspection done by **** was very thorough. He explained everything to me in ****** terms. ****** and ******* performed the work and they were excellent. They both were very informative. Very efficient and clean. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Will definitely be usong them again.The Chimney Chap, Inc.

5 stars***** our pellet stove Tech was awesome. He did a quick and efficient diagnosis of a pellet stove problem and fixed the issue. Definitely recommend to use and plan on having them cleaning and inspecting the pellet stove next fall.Review fromAnne W

5 stars************ showed up to do a cleaning and level 1 inspection of the fireplace.He didnt need to clean it, so I was charged only for the level 1 inspection. He also noticed some deterioration in the cement around a flue pipe and recaulked it. Very pleasant and explained in depth his estimate of what needed to be done with the outside chimney deterioration.**********
