I would like to thank ***** and his crew for replacing my boiler and water heater . The crew that came out from revise was very knowledgeable. To explain everything to me how it worked what to do. In case of an emergency they cleaned up, you wouldn't never know that they had been to my house. Except that I have a new boiler and a new water heater and I am extremely thankful. Thank you again, revise for helping me. I appreciate everything you've done for me. Sincerely ****** ******. I would highly recommend reviseRevise, Inc.

Had my attic dense packed by the Northampton location. I ended up getting a job there and worked with them. Where I learned exactly what they did wrong at my house. I addressed the issue to ****, the active supervisor, and was told I had to go there with the truck to fix it myself. I tried to do so and never had the opportunity permitted. they missed more than half of my attic, improperly hooked up my bathroom fan hose with over 20 feet of hose, did not airseal anything!, charged me for so many things i did not get. And hacked the work. Only used 2 nails on each panel of door kit, ripped apart one of my doors that i store in the attic for winter and used it to patch a blowout they made in the floor but didn't fix the cracks on my ceiling in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. didn't dense pack the walk up, drilled the foam board right through the other side of my original hardwood door... only noticed when my ankle caught the s**** They never ran blower door test. I needed the job and money.. so I didn't want to risk my employment by causing an issue. And after reaching out countless times before and after I left the company I have been disregarded and left robbed blind. Paid so much money and nothing to show for it. Go to green collar or even homeworks. This company is heartless and brainlessRevise, Inc.

Completed the update from gas furnace and gas water heater to a heat pump, mini split, and tankless (on-demand) water heater in 3 days. They left my house a bit messy - screws, bits of metal, and torn insulation were left all over my crawlspace. They turned my internet off at 9:30 in the morning on a Wednesday without informing me while I was in the middle of meetings for work. All in all - the work they claimed they would perform was done on time - ultimately, no complaints there although I will need to have the tankless water heater looked at because it isn't consistent. My issue, and the reason for losing 1 star, is that when Revise was trying to win over my business in the first place, they claimed to have someone who could help and support afterwards to get the rebate sorted ($10,000 is a lot of money for most of us). It's been nearly 2 months and I am still struggling to get this rebate submitted. I have been figuring it out with Mass Save representatives but some of the paperwork provided by Revise was simply incorrect/irrelevant to the rebate application. Dealing with Mass Save has been a huge headache and I really had hoped Revise would take care of this part. The sales team seems to be very communicative but they aren't the ones filing rebate applications.Revise, Inc.

I have only great things to say about the Revise team from the inital assessment to installation of energy saving products. Yesterday I had *********************** and *********************** come and install a mini split/heat pump system. These guys went above and beyond to make the installation stress free for me. I had previously gone through the assessment with ***********************, who had recommended this for my home. ***** was quick to respond to follow up questions I had after the assessment. The Revise team has really impressed me. They are prompt to arrive, friendly and respectful. Being new to most of the energy saving products now available I ask alot of questions before making a decision. They are very patient with this and explain all the procedures and benefits. No hard sale or convincing - just ideas for my home. If you are considering getting a MassSave evaluation, I would highly recommend going with Revise.****************************, **Revise, Inc.

I schedule a home energy audit through Revise early last year. Great responsiveness, polite and excellent quality. I then used them to install a Fujitsu heat pump. Once again great service and my family loves it. I would definitely use Revise again and recommend them to family and friends.Revise, Inc.

Very disappointed and upset with the state of our house after the insulation job. Our siding is destroyed, broken and poorly reinstalled all over the sides of our home. I'm at a complete loss. Our house looks like c*** Avoid this company if you care about your home. They treated ours with such disrespect. We now have to spend thousands to remedy the damage they did.Revise, Inc.
