Revise seems like a company that prioritizes customer service and overall experience. They came to my house and did an excellent job insulating my attic and basement. The energy specialist recommended that I consider changing my heating system. I knew that my system was older and that I should have at least considered looking into changing it. **** came by and made great recommendations. I decided to pull the trigger and he was there with me through every step of what felt like would have been a really arduous process! I'll be recommending them to friends and family for sure!Revise, Inc.

We were lucky to have our energy assessment when we did. *************************** was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in his analysis. He identified a major carbon monoxide problem with our current heating system. He was very professional and communicated the severity of the issue with urgency. Thanks to ****, we were able to get this extremely dangerous problem fixed before the winter. We also received a number of tips and suggestions for improving our **** homes efficiency. The assessment was definitely worthwhile, I only wish we had done it sooner. Thank you Revise Energy and thank you ***************************.Revise, Inc.

***** assessed my apartment and we were very happy with the results! He made sure we understood everything and that we got the discounts from Mass Save for the insulation improvements. I am a landlord in the ****** area, and I've had the pleasure of working with Rivise over the past few years to improve the energy efficiency of my properties while ensuring tenant satisfaction. ****, the Home Energy Adviser I collaborated with at Rivise, consistently impressed me with his punctuality for each assessment appointment. During these appointments, he would thoroughly inspect the properties and point out the areas that required attention.Following the initial assessment, **** promptly delivered a comprehensive assessment report, showcasing his dedication and attention to detail. ****'s commitment goes above and beyond his duties. Whenever I encountered obstacles, he went the extra mile to provide assistance. For instance, one of my properties had tube and k*** wiring, and he rightfully insisted that this issue needed to be addressed before proceeding with insulation. Furthermore, he suggested that I apply for Weatherization Barrier Incentives from MassSave, which proved to be a significant financial relief. Throughout the incentive application process, **** patiently guided me on how to navigate the somewhat unintuitive MassSave website. When I encountered issues with my utility company account, **** proactively engaged with both the utility company and MassSave to swiftly resolve the problem. Without his expertise and relentless efforts, I doubt I would have successfully navigated these challenges.The insulation work carried out by Rivise was nothing short of exceptional. Both my tenants and I are delighted and deeply appreciative of the quality of their work.Revise, Inc.

I got two new systems installed and had a problem with one. They came out right away and took care of the problem. They helped me file my rebate that I heard nightmares about. Definitely recommend them.Revise, Inc.
