      I have tried to unsubscribe from this website at least 5 times. I never requested this website and whenever I try to get rid of it, Im unable to. They send at least 2 emails a day and I never wanted anything to do with this business as I am not a *******. Please advise if you can help or should I call/email this business. Thank you.

      I did not renew this subscription last year nor this year. But on December 1, 2023 I was charged without notice, $62.98. I contacted the company and Monday, December 4, 2023 they responded that they would refund the amount. Indeed, last night the credit showed on my bank account. But today I found they charged me yet again for $62.98 on December 4, 2023. Additionally, there is no way to view or changing billing information on the website. Also, my order history shows no orders.

      I spoke and emailed with you today. I am attaching the invoice showing this issue as resolved with a full refund. 

      Just to clarify, you were on recurring billing subscription plan and that is why you were charged. You were given a 100% refund to the same CC that was charged and your subscription is cancelled.

      Please email if you have any further issue but I believe this issue is closed.
