Unauthorized charge through my bank. I did not order and there is no way I would pay $59 for this magazine, etc. Fraudulent business.

We are sorry you do not remember that you purchased a $5 introductory membership 1 year ago to foodgarening.com. At that time you agreed to annual renewal billing. I see your account has been fully and promptly refunded. We are not a fraudulent business. The only way to place an order is to visit our website and enter your credit card to place the $5 order.

1 starI did not authorize this company to auto renew my subscription. Never received any notice they were going to renew it until my bank sent me a notice and it was charged! I have repeatedly emailed this company from their site and no response as of yet. I want a full refund and I want my account information deleted from their system. It seems they have already setup for auto-renew for **** as well. I can't even access my account to delete or change it if I wanted to. You can only see or update email, profile info and that's it. I DO NOT WANT MY BANK INFORMATION ON THEIR SYSTEM AND THEY NEED TO REFUND IMMEDIATELY. I WILL NOTIFY MY BANK THIS IS FRAUDULENT CHARGE NOT APPROVED OR AUTHORIZED BY ME.
