      On November 17, 2023, I placed an order for 8 bags of laundry to be picked up on Monday, November 20, 2023 between 9 am and 11 am. The laundry belonged to a friend and was located at her apartment in ***********, **.On November 20, 2023, the laundry was not picked up, and no one called between the hours of 9 am and 11 am. My friend and I both telephoned Laundry Party's customer service number. Additionally, I emailed them.Laundry Party later contacted me to say that the business had been short staffed and were not able to pick up the laundry. I told them to cancel the order as my friend no longer trusted Laundry Party to take possession of her items. My friend told the same to the person who called her in the afternoon of the 20th.Starting November 20, 2023, I have requested a refund numerous times and through various means--through email to Laundry Party, through a ****** request, and through ****** Purchase Protection. Laundry Party declined my requestfor payment through ****** and has not in any way responded to my other communications.

      Laundry Party picked up my sheet sets on 9/15 for return on 9/15. In the order were 3 sheet sets (2 twin and 1 king). The twin sets each had 2 pillowcases, a fitted sheet, a top sheet and comforter. The king set had 2 pillowcases, a fitted sheet and a top sheet. When the order returned, the twin sets were missing the top sheet.Contacted the company right away on 9/15 via phone, email and text to no response. When I contacted them today via email I finally got a response. I've inluded the entire conversation.The company said all the sheets were returned - "We received 2 comforters and two sheet sets from you both went back one was white and one had stripes just like the one pictured. a white sheet was returned". They were not white - any of them. The twin sets were striped and the king was solid blue.That admission clearly shows they had no idea what they received. Yet I am the one who made the error. You can see from the conversation I included a picture of the original set as well as what was received. Clearly no complete set.They will not make any sort of restitution as "it's my error." The evidence in the supporting document proves otherwise.

      This is a false claim. All laundry that was received was sent back to the client. This was proven after reviewing video recordings of the laundry being received and processed in our facility. No items were separated from the clients order during the whole operation.

      Customer still insists we give them $50 regardless. We do not give refunds for damaged or lost items if we did not damage or lose them.

      I am rejecting this response because: how does a complete bed set get put in the bag not return?  Two twin flat sheets, two twin fitted sheets, 4 pillowcases and 2 comforters were sent in addition to a king size flat sheet, king size pillowcases and a king fitted sheet were sent.  All came back except the 2 twin flat sheets.

      I know what was put in the bags to be washed personally.  So what happened between our house/front porch to there?  I am two incomplete bed sets now.  And those sheets are not sold separately so now I'm forced to get top sheets that don't match.
