      I would NOT recommend doing business with this company and the owner. I have tried numerous times to collect money that was owed to me as a result of his employee stealing an item. I reached out 5 times and was told I would be paid via Paypal. I requested payment 2 times...no such luck.It is disappointing that a business has little regard for its clients.

      Oh boy this is disheartening. I knew where your head was at when you called but kept my mouth shut. Now that you're writing nasty reviews I'm not going to be able to keep quiet on this.  

      The assumption and accusation that one of our employees stole is pretty insulting. I hire people locally in the ******* area that I have gotten to know very well. They're decent, hardworking and honest people. Yes they don't look like the people in your neighborhood but judging someone by appearances is a very ugly trait.

      Other customers do appreciate our staff and often will leave tips or gifts for them along side their laundry. You left an unmarked bag in the same area as your laundry and this was mistaken as a gift of appreciation. A mistake that was fixed quickly.

      When you called I asked the driver and she immediately brought it back to you. You said it had been opened and you can't sell it now. I opted to just buy this item for her to resolve the issue. You got paid for the item and she got a nice gift. You still have it though. You then called again still accusing this woman of stealing and encouraging me to fire her. Someone who you've never met and only saw at a distance on your security camera. You saw her appearance and just assumed she was stealing. Then you took money for the product but still kept it. So who's really stealing here? And now you're doubling down with this nasty review. 

      You can keep the money and your prejudices to yourself. I'm not changing who we hire to cater to your racial biases. I hope someday your able to reflect on how you judge others or at the very least realize how bad this kind of behavior makes you and your business look.
