      The Billshark of today is not the Billshark from a couple years ago. Two years ago they saved me a lot of money on my satellite service, this time they locked me into a 2-year contract with Dish without telling me beforehand that my savings would only be $10 a month. I could have gotten more money saved each month by contacting Dish myself directly. And then when I complained I was basically told too bad, so sad, the contract has already been approved. Never again, especially since there's so many other bill reduction companies out there now that are much better. And they don't even want you to put a negative rating here, but I am because my case has been closed with Billshark even though I am still completely dissatisfied. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.

      I am very much NOT HAPPY with this service. They did not offer a choice of term to negotiate with vendors. They never communicated with me after I sent them my bill and automatically negotiated for a 24 month period (which I did not want) and they did not make that at all clear on the website. Little did I know that saving me money for *********************** $312 UP FRONT to pay **************. This makes no sense. I might cancel the **************** before the 24 months is up. At the very least, Spectrum plans change all the time so calculating that far out is not necessarily as good deal and not helpful. I called them to complain and asked ************** to reverse the service and cancel my account. They said no. In reading other reviews here, I see that they automatically re-negotiate with the initial term expires - without consulting you. I highly recommend that you stay away from Bill ***** if you don't want to lose financial control over your services.
