  I would not use them again. Way over priced and pricing is shady. I wanted a dresser and chest of drawers removed from upstairs and we had a few other things in the driveway. They quoted for way more than what I ever imagined, close to what we paid to have out whole house moved. When we said too high, they were very high pressure sales and came down a little. I wanted the furniture out so we paid it, but they didn't take everything. acted like they were doing us a favor while we felt ripped off. They do not do as their advertising, if you don't like the quote, they don't just walk away. Lots of pressure to negotiate, but they don't come down to a reasonable amount at all.

  I don't know what experience people have had wit this company. But the came and took a lot of junk away. The guys belt with some pretty heavy stuff. They worked hard.The price was fair I think.

  I needed one chair, a ******************* only upholstered back and seat with wood arms legs, removed from my apartment. I was quoted $175 depending how much space the chair would take on the truck. I was also told I could negotiate the price. The movers arrived and quoted $190. I told them the price the *************** quoted me and also that I could negotiate. They gave me a new price, $120. I declined because I no longer wanted deal with a dishonest company.

  I scheduled an appointment with 1-800-Got-Junk. The associates showed up to review the items to be removed and to provide a quote. They provided an initial estimate of nearly $600. I told them the price was more than I expected. (It would have probably taken them 15 minutes to remove my items, which amounted to about 1/8 of a truck.) The associate said he would check to see if there was any flexibility on the price with his co-worker in the truck. He went to his truck, and they drove off (literally laughing). I contacted a competitor and the competitor's price was $120. The 1-800-GOT-JUNK representatives who visited me were very rude and possibly even scammers.

  A truck shows up to take away a couch and chair and a few garbage bags of garbage then another truck shows up and says there just there to help. So I had to take off to work, so when they were done they charged my wife for both trucks but only half filled one truck and then had tenacity to ask for a tip crying at the same time about not getting payed much. In my books if you have to ask for a tip then your not worth one. And as for double charging my wife after I leave that's a gutless move and if I run into the driver's that came to my home I will lay them a beating they will never forget. If u need junk removed do it urself your better off then 1 800 got junk!!!

  *** and ***** offered ** supreme service taking out all of old junk all the while giving us professional and friendly service. They did a superb job and we will definitely use their company again.

  ***** and his 2 helpers, with 2 trucks, arrived on time. In 2 1/2 hours they completely removed 8 rooms of furniture, numerous boxed items etc. ******** worked without stopping in spite of 90 degree temperature. They were courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

  The 2 buffoons from this company that went to pickup some stuff in my mothers basement today took a whole bunch of stuff they werent told to take including 2 boxes of medical supplies for a very sick family member. It had only been a few minutes since they left and I called customer service right away and alerted them of the mistake and the importance of getting back those medical supplies! I was called back by a manager who said he contacted the team members and they said they didnt take anything and I said they did and those medical supplies are very important! He called team members again and called me back and told me they said they didnt take anything they didnt take any medical supplies so I said I would call the police so I did and the police came to my house and took the report and the police were still there when the junk truck came back and they had to dig through trash in the back of the truck to find it! They gave us back some family photos with glass frames and the glass frames were shattered! Some containers of my winter clothes had been dumped out and some items from my daughters childhood that had sentimental value ?? and my Kitchen-Aid mixer could not be found! They said they were going to credit my mother $100 because they charged her for all that stuff but I wasnt happy with that because I lost some things that were very special and I can never get those back so I called them again and said I want to be compensated for my lost and damaged property and I was hung up on called back and hung up on again! Then I printed the receipt they emailed me and I saw my mother was charged a $40 fee for a Freon air conditioner and there was no air conditioner! So I called them again finally spoke to someone who took notes and told someone will get back to me tomorrow! Then a little while ago I noticed box of stuff they were supposed to take left on the ground by the back stairs! I will never do business with this company again!
