      I have been unable to login into my credit card account for over a month now. Every time I call a customer support representative I am told, there "system is having issues and to call back in one to two hours." I have spent hours of my time of the past month, being transfered from one representative to another, waiting on hold, and I am still unable to login to my online account to make payments, to see transactions, etc.

      We are happy to report this matter has been resolved. On 2/13 and 2/14 our consumer lending representative called and emailed this customer. After multiple attempts were made to get in contact with the customer to assist her, she was able to login to her online account.

      there's a inquiry on my report from 7/13/22 and i never applied to this bank. someone tried using my information and my identity has been stolen. i ask avidia to remove the inquiry from my transunion and equifax report so i don't have to file a lawsuit against them. this attempt with the bbb is a god faith effort to resolve the issue.

      On 7/12/22 we received a business credit card application from ******* and sent a letter regarding our decision on 7/13/22. A hard inquiry on a credit report is not something that a financial institution can remove. ****** needs to contact each credit bureau to dispute and remove the inquiry.
