      Please stay away from any Business or personal loan from this Bank. They're a bunch of crooks. They will ruin your business with only one late payment and sue you for it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this bank on any loan. This is from experience.

      Elders Beware! My sister and I had a Power of Attorney for my father dated 2021. An Avidia *** from their ***************** acknowledged receipt of that POA in 2021 and said she would place it in his file. This same *** served as a ****** for a newer POA for my father two months ago. She personally knew my father and knew that he was in late stage dementia at that time. However she notarized this new POA and then got the bank the accept this document over ours done when he was of sound mind. When we checked on this, the Shrewsbury Branch Manager said that our 2021 POA was NOT in my fathers file and that they were honoring the newer one. Finally, Avidia's legal department reviewed both POAs and upheld ours. Avidia's policies, procedures and controls for POAs and ****** services are practically non existent. Beware to any customer who has a POA with ********************** especially an elder customer!

      I can't even get into my account because their authorization codes take so long to get to my email address (likely doing these manually or something) that they've already timed out. **************** is terrible; they're completely unreachable. It's actually remarkable they're allowed to remain a financial institution.

      Horrible app with limited usage and constant crashes. You can't even see your account number in app. I was constantly ignored in branch, and their rates are mediocre. There is no reason for anyone in MA to use this bank. The only silver lining is pretty good loan rates.

      This place is the worst place that you could even put your HSA in. My coworkers have had nothing but problems and all together we are missing around 7 grand. The customer service is terrible from the long wait time to literally no one having a clue about anything that is going on.

      Worst experience in my life. Account is locked and failed to login without any reasons. **************** does not say Sorry and only blamed me even though I am the victim.
