    EXCELLENT customer service. We tried many rugs before from other brands, and were not able to find one without chemicals or odor. Then we tried Hook & Loom purchased some rug samples, then a large organic cotton area rug. The rug arrived well-packed via freight. I contacted customer service with some questions, and they responded very quickly with high quality answers. I felt heard, and felt they cared about my business. They went above my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend doing business with them.

    No more wool allergy in bedroom! Its a relief to have a rugs in the bedroom without VOCs, chemicals and traces of wool fibers. The rugs are soft, good quality and the color matches the website. Hook&Loom answered my questions regarding wool exposure for the cotton rugs at the factory and assured me the orgs of cottons rugs are not made in looms used to also make wool rugs. The Eco rugs may be manufactured on looms also used to weave wool rugs so I purchased and organic rugs and I am very happy with them.

    Good quality and good looks! Rug arrived promptly and well packaged. You definitely need a pad if using on a wood or stone floor.

    This is my 2nd order from Hook & Loom. I definitely recommend this company for the company's flatweave eco cotton rugs. The rugs are well made, wear well, and wash and dry very well. I have ordered 2 beautiful colors in multiples of sizes 3x5, 2x4, and 2x3. I also ordered the rug pads in the same sizes to use with our hardwood floors (not for our specific luxury vinyl plank as it has its own skid resistance and the rugs don't move on it). The rug pads are quality material but do need trimming as the cotton rugs are washed and incur some shrinkage. I have found that using a hand-held vacuum and vacuuming these rugs works just as well, if not a bit better, than taking outside and shaking. I use both sides of the rug before washing. I will gladly purchase from this company again! Thanks, Hook & Loom, for your great eco cotton rugs, perfect!!
