On/ about 3/27/25, we signed All Around's proposal for roof and chimney work. We paid a $10,650 at that time. The owner/ sdlesperson verbally stated the work could be scheduled and completed within a week or so (though that isn't in writing). All around has not done the work yet- they scheduled 2 different days with very little notice, and then didn't show up either ******* this time, their phone has been turned off, and they aren't responding to emails or ******** seems like they are taking/ keeping out deposit, but have no intention to do the work.

Contacted Roland to gut & remodel an apartment & hallway for me last March (23) & got the worst experience of my life instead. He started off asking if I wanted to pull permits.. I said of course..He never pulled any permits, barely showed up & would give excuses/ straight up lie & say he was on his way but never show up. He also ended up charging way more then quoted. He got hit with a stop work order 3/4th of the way thru.. after he had swindled me into paying him his final payment using every excuse in the book. He swore up and down he would make it right, all he did was make it worse by getting rude with the building inspector. Turns out he wasn't even properly licensed to be doing the job, which was probably why he avoided permits. He never made the situation right because the building inspector told him to tear the drywall down so electric and plumbing could be inspected, & refused to do that. He tried was to blame me, saying I told him not to pull permits which makes no sense, I live in this building too, I want it done safely and correctly, just further shows how low he will go to worm out of responsibility. He tried to fix it by bringing his brother in law, ***** ******, because he is properly licensed. ***** fought with the building inspector as well & neither one did anything to actually fix the issue. ***** also refused to tear the drywall down. After fighting with him for months & getting nowhere we had to fire him & hire another contractor for $30k to do basically the same job he did, showing how much he over priced me. Actually, my new contractor had to do MORE work to correct all Roland's mistakes. Insulation was not to code, among many other things that were not to code. He left a HUGE hole in my roof & drywalled right over it hoping we would never know, or maybe hoping we would call him to fix the inevitable damage..I asked him to at the very LEAST give us $5000 back & he had the audacity to tell me "well I know I owe you money but not that much"
