All Around Roofing was great to work with for as long as they felt like working with us. My spouse and I contacted Roland in 06/2023 to address broken gutters and pooling on a flat sunroom roof. They had lots of suggestions for upsells and additional work, and they did most of the work outlined in the contract by early 08/2023. However, it seemed that the team got overwhelmed by the workload they quoted and ghosted us before all of the work was complete. There were a couple of times where they underestimated the amount and cost of materials needed for the job; we paid the difference each time. We never received the skylights we paid for, nor any indication that they were ever ordered. Roland said the skylights were on backorder for months; said they were custom sizes. We tried following up from August through November to coordinate a time to finish the work, but we got nowhere. During the winter, we started working with a ***** representative out of *********. It took 5 weeks from the date of the quote for the skylights to be procured and installed properly. After nearly $30k spent with All Around Roofing, we continued to have issues with the gutters, so we paid our skylight contractors to fix the 2-3" gap between the drip board and the new gutters that AAR installed, since Roland wouldn't return our messages to honor his advertised warranty. Additionally, we've come to find out that they never pulled a permit for the work they did, which was a term of our contract. I'd caution other folks to take their business to a more professional roofer who has the technical, administrative, and interpersonal ability to get the job done right and communicate effectively with their clients, rather than waste time and money chasing excuses and being left with a half-done job and a messy job site.

If I could do no stars I would! Finally done with this scum bag after fighting with him in small claims court for about 3yrs! After being dragged to 2 different district courts, him being a no-show numerous times, me winning judgment, him vacating initial judgment, me winning 2nd judgment, a capias and today a hearing to show cause.Just got the rest of my judgment today, although the 2nd judgment only covered what I had paid to correct the ridge vent and the difference in the cost of the plywood he was contracted to use and the cheaper material he installed. Still left with defective house and shed roof, but finally done with Roland!Follow up to my situation is took Roland to small claims court as he stated he would take his chance in court with me. Roland was a no show. I won by default and given all my evidence amount awarded was substantially more than what I paid due to increased cost to repair damages.Today 8/26/2022 was due date for payment and nothing from Roland. Looks like I will be going back for payment review hearing in October. And this guy was referred by my cousin who said he didn't want to get into when I told him what Roland did. Finally received court date for small claim filed March 2021!Had house and shed roof repairs done last year. Discovered recently shed roof leaking and possibly house roof. Both appear to have wet underside of wood panels. Sent Roland pictures and made 2 attempts at him coming out to inspect damage. Long story short last message from him stated he will take his chances in court with me.

********************** I am sorry your experience was not to your expectations! first and foremost i will acknowledge my faults and take 100 percent responsibility for using osb and not cdx plywood! That was the only thing that I did not follow in my contract. Everything in my contract besides that was followed down to the " T ". Now we all know there are two sides to the story so here is mine, I did the front half of the roof, re-leaded the chimney, for only the cost of the lead and the labor was on the house. You were super happy with the job and wanted me to do the second half of the roof. Now when I gave the price of the second half of the roof you told me i was trying to rip you off because it was more than the first half. The second half of the house was 700 square feet more than the first half so the cost was significantly different! Which in turn you dBefore ********************* made her Google reviews private, I was able to see numerous reviews she had given complaining of work done at her home by other contractors threatening small claims and that the work done was not up to her standards. This seems to be a pattern. After the magistrate was able to hear my side the only thing ********************** was awarded was the difference in price between osb and cdx plywood. They found no reason to believe that the roofing failed or that my work was defective. Even after all said and done and my payment was received she still persists on leaving numerous reviews. Declined to have the second half done. When you told me to come out to do an inspection, the first time was rescheduled and the second time I was 10 minuets away from your house and when i called you to let you know you told me you were leaving so at that point yes, I said I would take my chances because of the way you were speaking to me and also because I knew there was nothing wrong with my work. When ********************** had me served for our first court date I had no knowledge of the court date even happening because the paperwork was brought to one of my previous addresses, it was not until I was made aware of her comment on my business page that she was awarded money due to me not showing up. So the numerous no shows she talks about actually only came down to one and I cant show up to a court date if I have not received any paperwork letting me know I was being served.Fast forward to an order being vacated, it was vacated due to a few errors due to miss information given by **********************. She was originally awarded almost 9000 dollars on a 3100 dollar job because she proceeded to tell them that I had done her WHOLE roof when in fact it was only the front of the house that I replaced. ********************** was NOT HAPPY with that order being vacated, she then proceeded to try to go through her home owners insurance who then reached out me and I explained we were going through small claims and they denied her. She then tried to go threw my insurance and was denied. The magistrate specifically told her she could not double dip. It was either small claims or one of the insurances. It was not an option to get money from all 3 places. not to mention that would be considered insurance fraud. Numerous certified letters were sent to my house as well as emails after the order was vacated and my lawyer had to tell her to stop sending things to my house and to stop contacting me.

Horrible experience with ****** even though referred by a cousin. Long story short he said he'd take chance with me in court instead of working with me, then doesn't show up. I won case, then he doesn't pay amount I was awarded. Now have to go back for payment review hearing.
