    My part delivered a day early; turned out to be the wrong part but they immediately shipped a new one and sent me a return label for the mistake. Ive made multiple purchases from AM Auto parts in the past, and they are on my EBay favorite sellers list.

    I would give a lower rating if possible. Delivery was a breeze but the product that arrived was trash. I ordered a transmission from these guys and got it installed by a reputable transmission shop in my hometown. The vehicle went for about 700 miles before the transmission completely slipped to where it wasn't drivable anymore. They claim to offer a 3 year warranty but when you read the fine print, they require you get the following done within 15 days of receiving the product: The parts listed below are required to be changed when transmission is installed to satisfy warranty. retail receipts for each part listed below will be required to make a warranty claim. Oil Filter Pan gasket Front Seal Axle Seals Tail Shaft Seals (For RWD Transmissions) Flush Line Install transmission cooler New Clutch, pressure plate, Slave Cylinder (Manual transmission) Fully engage torque converter in front pump. Transmission may need to be relearned, reset, or flashed by dealer A diagnostic with codes and all receipts of all requirements are require for a claim to be made.You basically have to spend another 3k for them to honor the warranty. This is purposely intended to deceive the consumer and make it impossible for AM Auto to hold themselves accountable for faulty parts. $2800 later we still are at square one, and they don't seem to be bothered by the inconvenience. Bad for business.

    I have ordered auto parts from AM-auto parts several times now and never dissapointed.the mechanic( my cousin), I had to show proof of the inexpensive price I paid for my auto parts. I did pass on to him AM auto parts website. This company is honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.thanks ****.

    I would not recommend ordering from this company. I ordered a replacement engine from them and when we installed it, it had a terrible knocking noise. When I called to get it replaced, they told me that it is a warranty issue. This is not a way to do business. Complete joke.

    Horrible overall. The website had the wrong parts for my car. After returning the parts, I had to contact customer service 8 days after they received the return to get them to issue me a refund. They say it will take another 3-5 business days to actually receive the refund.

    Worst company to purchase parts from . They wont replace parts thats defective and they expect you to send them your vehicle vin number out of a sudden.

    Highly satisfied with my purchase of a window regulator for my ****** Prius driver side window. This regulator is more robust than the original ****** equipment. The "how to install" video on your website by the manufacturer TRQ was very good and helpful. I viewed it 3 times and It gave me the courage to install it and it did not take hours as I thought it might. I did not have to drive to the dealership about 55 miles away.. More people ought to know about AM AUTO PARTS and the top quality products it provides at a reasonable price. A BIG Thank you ****** in GA

    I originally ordered a pair of headlight replacements for my **** Edge. They came in excellent time. Upon opening the second box, which appeared a bit damaged I noticed the left side light assembly was broken. The two mounting brackets had been broken off in transit, I'm guessing.I quickly sent off an email to AM-Autoparts customer service asking for help on this issue.They responded with a form type email, which I had trouble accessing. I sent off another email to customer service explaining my inability to open the "return tab". This was answered promptly, and they told me what to include in another email to have this quickly resolved.It was resolved quickly. The next day I received an email indicating that a new item would be sent to my address free of charge and a free return shipping label we be sent so I could return the broken item.Wow, I was very impressed. More than likely the damaged wasn't AM-Autoparts fault, however they took the initiative to fix the problem and fix it in unbelievable time.I have dealt with this company before but did not use them regularly. After this occurrence I have now moved them to the top of my web sites for auto parts.I would highly recommend AM-Autoparts for your automotive parts needs. They are my number one source.

    I ordered two fog lights bezels from this website, I notified them that I needed two of them left and right front, they didn't have the left side and instead they sent both right one, I contacted them and they were very accommodating since they had already sent it. Will be receiving both but only paying for one. I will have to order the other one later. Very good customer service and honest website. I highly recommend it. Thank you

    AM-Autoparts is the best. I have been doing business with the company for years. I always get the parts I order. And they are great parts at a terrific price. The items come with a 10 year warranty. The parts get to me fast. Usually in 3 or 4 days. Great parts and terrific prices. Plus the customer service is excellent. I've never had a problem. Thanks so much AM-AUTOPARTS. I give them 5 stars and two thumbs up. I recommend AM-AUTOPARTS to all my family and friends. And I recommend AM-AUTOPARTS to you. ??????????????
