    I ordered a replacement combination windshield wiper/washer & turn signal switch for my 97 Ranger. Its a perfect fit and looks exactly like the original. My windshield wiper washers and turn signals are working again! Will definitely order from these guys again.

    Website said you have your part in 7 to 10 business days or 10 to 14 days total, I'm in day 14 and had to call 3 times to find out why I've heard hide nor hair from them. Finally got a tracking number and my part won't be delivered for another 8 days...if it isn't delayed. 8 was told last week I'd have it by the end of that week by the salesman assigned to my order. He's the one I called twice more and got out straight to voicemail. Finally got somewhere today after calling the customer service line. They totally lied about the time it takes. I have been without a car for nearly 3 weeks and am stuck without for another week. Not ok.

    Prompt service, great product. Broke a tail light on Tuesday, ordered on Wednesday, came on UPS Thursday afternoon, just in time to take a trip on Friday! The listing showed it could take 2-3 days. Communication was good and we will order parts again.

    I received a headlight assembly very quickly and found the box lightly bent in on the end by **** I was able to get in touch with the service department by e-mail. I got a response (within 30 mins) and was told a replacement will be on the way soon. No hassle just great service.I received in 3 days and installed the next day. OEM fit with no issues. Great Job ******!

    Just when I lost hope on finding honest people my brother found AM- AUTOPARTS. I lost my husband who did everything for me. I never had to get my truck fixed. Since he's been gone. I've been ripped off by many machine and dealers. I purchased lights from am autoparts that didn't work properly. I reached out to them 12 midnight and they responded before 2pm that same day. This experience with am autoparts has renewed my faith in people. It feels good to know that people in this world still care about other people. I want to thank am autoparts for their outstanding customer service and to anyone reading this you can't go wrong doing business with them.

    I ordered a fuel pump for my car on Sunday, 10/09/22 at around 4 pm with 2nd-day expedited shipping ($15 fee). There was no mention of an ETA at checkout or anywhere for that matter, but I needed the part by Tuesday 10/11/22 to beat a rainstorm coming on Wednesday 10/12/22 that would last until the next week and drop the temp into the 40s. The universal definition of 2nd-day shipping from my understanding is that it will be delivered within two business days. However, after I purchased my parts, my order's ETA was on Wednesday 10/12/22 by 7pm (the 3rd business day in the evening). Had I known this, I wouldn't have spent $15 on 2nd-day shipping. When trying to get in contact with customer support, their email service link returned a 403 Gateway code and their phone number just played a message telling me to email or chat with them. The first chat ended prematurely while I was typing, and the second customer service member basically told me to F-off and deal with it, refusing a shipping refund, and ended the chat prematurely out of anger. I'm never ordering from this website again, and neither should you. I hope my $15 was worth it.
