Hi, I have the back-and-forth emails to prove I am getting duped. I asked this company multiple times for a specific number car part which he acknowledged and confirmed having and was sending to me or else the part would not work. I receive the wrong number part and now he says if I return the item, he is going to charge me a 35% re-stocking fee. He says he did his due diligence and sent the right part, I replied there was no due diligence to do all you had to do was match numbers like you confirmed you had.. He then says he has the right part number in question again. So I ask for proof this time and he says he will not give me proof because I have to send back the part. He replies a few days later that he does not have it as well and he will charge me 35% re-stocking fee which I have seen nowhere mentioned on his site or in our conversations for his mistake. So basically, this guy just sends out wrong parts and collects a 35% fee if he has no replacement or keeps the whole price if the customer abandons. This is not right an I am disputing it. He needs to refund me 100$ usd not 65$ usd like he just did. He needs to refund me my whole amount upon reception of the wrong part he sent. I spent 150$ in shipping as well because he confirmed having and shipping the matching numbers part. The conversation is in the zip folder attached and posted below here. There is more in the other emails but below describes what I am saying. You need to start at the bottom. Of this email. Let me know how to proceed forward to get a full refund. Thank you,***************************

    Sorry for the problem,

The item we sent and the three others we removed are all correct for your vehicle. We cannot be resonsible for your misconception of the repair process. The electronic ignition switch must be linked to your vehicle as it is the security system of the vehicle. Haveing one part number or another is of no difference the parts are all the same. We have refunded you already with the restocking fee as we supplied you the correct part for your vehicle. We have sold over two dozen of this exact part over the years without your issues.

    Hi,

I asked for a specific part number and he said he had it period. He did not need any due diligence and send me another part number. I asked and paid for a specific part number because I already tried the other part number he sent before or I would not have been so specific. I changed a mother board on my ** here and that same model ** has 3 different types of motherboard numbers and I needed the right number to make it work again if the numbers did not match the ** would not work same goes for the part I returned. All he needed to do is send the part he said he had and I paid for, not some other part number he deemed fit. They do this to everybody if you look at the reviews they have in the links.

Just adding this to prove my case. I am not the first apparently who they do this to Read the comments and imagine all the others that did not leave a review.. They regularly sale wrong parts and charge a restocking fee. It is dishonest and called theft period.

Once again, I paid for a specific part number not for a part number he deemed fit. The proof is in the email conversations..

    Thank you,

The part numbers being different do not mean the item is actually different, they are the same part. Even in Television boards the part numbers change over time yet the part is still the same exact item. As it is in this case.

    Hi,

The part numbers change because the options get updates that are not on each TV, same goes for a car. Come over here and try your theory on my TV and my car and show me how far you get. Enough of this back-and-forth again. Bottom line is I asked for a specific part number that they acknowledged having multiple times and did not actually have and did not send me that specific number part I asked for. Nothing else matters. And they lied about having that part number twice in our email conversations. Plus, they never mentioned any re-stocking fee anywhere.

So again, for all the reasons stated before in our conversation here and the fact that I asked for a specific part that they acknowledged having multiple times and did not actually have and did not send me that specific part number, I asked to be fully refunded period. This should not even be an issue or debatable at this point given all the facts and proof about this case and matter.

    Thank you,
