    Worst experience ever. For starters a confirmation of my tracking was never provided via email, I had to call them to ask when my turbo was going to be delievered and then upon delivery the turbo arrived wrapped with duct tape, in a Huggies ****** box. Upon opening up the package it was clear to see parts were broken. The turbine scrapes against the wall on one side, the fins on the other side are bent and the waste gate is broken upon opening up the package. I contact them immediately with pictures as reference and ask for a full refund, given the defaulty item, that clearly was not inspected prior to delivering. Someone by the name of *** reaches back out to me and advised they can send me another one, but I would not be getting a refund giving this is there policy and a 25% restocking fee would be applied. Restocking fee? Since when did Huggies make turbos ? It came ina ****** box for God sake! Last time I checked policy should be not shipping out broken items either. I am waiting to hear back from a manager as to the end verdict if I will be getting a refund because at this point I dont want a store credit, who knows in what condition itll arrive. Recommendation DONT BUY FROM HERE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. ***** regret it if you do.

    Harbor Auto Used part is a joke. I hope the town of **** put them down. Bad businesses, sell you wrong parts and doesnt wanna give your money back or replace the parts. The customer service is terrible. They dont care about nobody they think theyre above the law. Very disappointing.
