      After cancelling service the year prior, GeoGreen charged me $880 for a spring cleanup that I did not ask them to do. I sent them the check for the work they did but then cancelled my service. Three weeks later, GeoGreen called saying they never received a check and I wrote another and dropped it off at their house. They immediately cashed both checks again for this work I did not ask them to do. Now it is impossible to get ahold of them. They have phone numbers that are just recordings and will not answer. I would like the $880 back that I paid twice to GeoGreen.

      Attached is the invoice and 2 checks sent to GeoGreen. There was never a contract signed with them. The phone number is ************. The address is a PO box *************************************************. Thank you!

      Previously attached the receipts for the service. No contract was signed with GeoGreen. I drove by their house recently and noticed their sign for lawn care is gone and replaced by Fences by ******. Seems like they have shut down the lawn business because of the fraud/complaints.

      On Friday April 7th 2023, geo green came to my house to give an estimate for laying sod sand replacing railroad ties, ****** made a list of wheat we are interested in he had a notebook and wrote it down we gave him a deposit of $2000 and he had me sign the receipt for the deposit he said he will make a contract which he never did and never gave me a copy of anything later I found that he is trying to charge me $260 per hour to clean my yard which I never sign up for I feel he is pushing unwanted and unacceptable work on me, his practices are deceptive at best and fraudulent and illegal, he kept adding items without my authorization and no contract in addition he damaged our pool and patio which we have professionals scheduled to assess the damage
