      The owner of this company is a hot mess as every request goes through him and he's not very well organized. I started with them summer 2024 to cut the lawn and blow the patio. Then, I asked him in several occasions for the mulch to be refreshed and this never got done. Then, I asked for a treatment for the grass, this got done only once, but I was charged around $500 for a space that's not that big. He suggested that I do my bushes and I agreed to this, this also never got done and then I got a bill for over $1700 for a few cuts for the month, the grass treatment, the bushes cut, trash removal etc. things that never got done, except for 1 application of the treatment and the lawn cuts, which were $68.00 per cut.I had several pone conversation with ****** about it in different occurrence, he will over talk you and it's very aggressive to charge you, he doesn't allow you to speak to have that 2 way conversation for a resolution of the problem and right away sends letters threads of bringing you to court, getting his lawyer to put a LIEN on you home, etc. Here a copy of his last text to me, mind you one of the things he mentioned is that he is old and doesn't have a smart phone, well surprise now he has a phone and knows how to text. Here's his test: "Yes iam instructing my lawyer to place a LEIN On you home until the total balance of1124 is paid..."The issue is that I already paid him, I have copies of the check, from my bank.I feel like this company is very disorganized, unethical, unprofessional, dishonest.I'm giving 1 star only because the guys that do the hard work, did a great job, but the management is not on top of their game.I regret making business and referring them to a friend of mine.

      Steer clear if you can. The work is fine, but the owner is nasty.Keep copies of all contracts and invoices. It is not a matter of when ********************* try to scam you, but when. He will double charge for services and perform services that were never asked then harass you for payment. If you don't fold, he will take you to small claims court.Go to masscourts.org and look up cases in the **** district court involving the company.

      Do not use this company!! They ask for payment then asked me to pay him for the next few months but they barely show up to do the work. They never finish the job. My backyard looks awful. Front yard looks okay. I have insect issues, my grass looks awful, I have trees that have non died as well as bushes which they were all healthy before. I have branches and other stuff they never cleaned out in the backyard. It is just an awful mess. I had to call another company to come and take down a tree, finish the leaves. I tried them again this year for another chance but this was the last time! ****** wont even let me cancel the contract and expects me to pay him and threatens me!! I had heard this happen with other clients that use him and then he increase the price while he is doing the job. Do not use them or give another chance please listen!!

      Unauthorized work was performed- I I was then sued for non payment
