My mom has received a bill and two ** guides from Northshore Publishers Service. We did not order the ** Guide from them or anyone else. She is 85 years old and bedridden. We never turn ** on. They are not a good company and take advantage of the older people of America. If you look on the internet there are pages and pages of complains about them. It would be nice if you could shut down this business. I will not mail in or pay for something that we did not order. They need to stop sending bills and guides to moms. I will send back to two guides if I need too.

Starting December 15th, 2022 Northshore has been doing EFT withdrawals of $39.41 from my mothers account each month. At this point $157.64 has been withdrawn. She was in the hospital from having open heart surgery at this time and has not ordered any magazines or talked to anyone about magazines. Since it is being done as an EFT not a debit the credit union can't stop it. We have attempted to call them at least 50 times and the phone just rings and rings. We want the money back and for this to stop.

Per a letter dated 2/11/2023, Northshore Publishing notified me they charged my credit card the amount of $39.41 for TV-*************** This unauthorized charge hit my credit card on 2/21/2023. The letter also notes this was the 1st of 6 installments and that I will be charged another installment of $39.41 in approximately ***** days. Again I did not authorize this charge for this magazine. The account number noted is #******. I have contacted Northshore by sending several e-mails at *********************************************************** which they have not responded to and have called them several times at ************** which just rings and rings and they never answer. Please note that I went through this same issue of being charged by Northshore Publishing last year and was able to reach them by e-mail of which they provided a refund. I am in hopes that the BBB can help me reach Northshore, obtain me a refund of $39.41 for this unauthorized charge, stop any further charges and that Northshore Publishing remove me from any further business and never contact me ever again.

My mother passed away in 12-2022. She was 95 years old. She is paid up to March **** for a subscription to TV Guide, after being solicited by phone by someone from Northshore Publishing in January 2022, when my mother was 93 years old. They convinced her to purchase the magazine for two years at a rate of ***** which would be taken from her checking account in 6 payments over two years. I found out that one can purchase the magazine through TV guide online for $20.00 a year. Clearly, Northshore was targeting the elderly. I emailed them on 1-9-23 and called the number provided for customer ********************** to cancel her subscription (she's deceased!) and to send me a refund for issues starting Jan.2023-March ****. I have not heard back from them, nor do they answer the phone on the number provided. ************.I blocked the bank from making any more payments to Northshore Publishing out of MA.Her name is *******************************. Her address was ******************************************************************************* Please let me know what other information you will need.

Start in February of 2019 received a statement saying my order has been entered for TV guide payment for 3 installments of $31.41. Tried reaching them by phone to cancel the non-committed service. Never get through. My great niece has tried also and sent an email, no response. Account# ending in ***660. Even when I contact my credit card about this they say its a reoccurring payment and they can stop it. Im suppose to deal with Northshore publishers to have them stop. So switch card and account numbers and I still get a charge.
