  If you are a business thinking about purchasing from BTL Industries please look into complaints filed. Buyer beware, you enter into an agreement with the finance companies not so much ***. Which leaves you with no recourse if you are not satisfied. The area managers ( **** and ****) give you a Strong sales pitch stating 1 machine in the package "will be free" if purchasing multiple machines. However, you will receive finance paperwork. Also states that you will receive SEO package to help get clients. However, most calls are early AM or late in PM ( not during regular business hours). We never converted any of the " warm Leads". The area managers will bring by breakfast or lunch for 1st few months. They will not respond later when you need them. We marketed our equipment and provided open houses, were apart of their Bus tour and still were not able to produce the volume that were were lead to believe we would have. We have been left in a difficult situation here 1 yr later trying to cover the finance cost of this equipment monthly. It is very frustrating and disheartening that perfect credit can be ruined all over this equipment. If you are considering, please look at the bigger picture before you sign that finance agreement. Things now are Not what they were projected in the beginning. Again, Buyer beware.

   BTL Industries, Inc., does not finance its equipment.  Our customers choose their own financing and marketing.  *** is not responsible for the actions of those companies. 
  
  At the time of sale, there may be a discount offered to customers purchasing multiple machines.
  
  *** has provided the customer with post-sale support and encouraged various ways to boost business.  *** always encourages dissatisfied customers to speak to their local ***** The customer has not asked *** to do anything so the matter is resolved.

  *** may not finance their own equipment, however they steer you to the finance company they typically use. The "discounts" aren't discounts if there is a finance agreement attached. Also, I have emailed, as well as tried to talk to our sales *** with no resolution.

  Unfortunately, EMSCULPT Neo and BT Cellutone have not met our patients' expectations. Despite significant investment in marketing these treatments as revolutionary solutions for body contouring and cellulite reduction, results have been disappointing. Many patients reported little or no visible improvement after undergoing the treatments, causing a wave of dissatisfaction. This discontent forced us to issue refunds to numerous customers, further straining our resources. The gap between promised results and actual results has highlighted the ineffectiveness of these procedures, causing us to reconsider their inclusion in our offers.

  I am the owner of a small medical spa. The *** sales team is amazing. They will sell you a bill of goods. I purchased the emsculpt Neo and the Emsella. The emsella actually works,. The emsculpt Neo is a large, expensive piece of garbage.The key with *** is that after they sell you anything, they disappear! POOF! You have a question? Oh wow, no one is available.You want to know if any new data or protocols have come out? Oh well they are too busy.AND the thousands of dollars of marketing they promised you....just kidding :)Seriously there are far more reputable companies, with salespeople who actually care.I would never do business with *** again, simply because they honestly DO NOT CARE once they have your money.

  I am the Medical Director of a small spa in ********** **. We were pressured to buy an Emface machine. We were told how many tens of thousands we would make in this machine. We were quoted one price but the contract was another price. Also they were in a hurry and said they would send us a copy of it. Also they told me it was guaranteed under my corporation but the contract said my personal guarantee. We had almost no support for many months after purchasing the machine. The outcomes were not as the company told us they would be. BTL is very unscrupulous and I would never buy another machine from them. They lied about the outcomes and they are extremely overpriced. Also there has been very little support from them and they don't return calls. Please don't ever buy BTL machine. I would be happy to speak with anyone about this. Dr **********************
