  Scam, they won't stop harassing my family member and won't pick up or return my calls. When I call their office number, it appears to be disconnected. A lot of positive reviews seem to be from fake accounts as well.

  Sales person came to our door and rang our doorbell, ignoringing our clearly posted no soliciting sign. When I asked if they saw the sign they said that they were "not selling anything" as a reminder:solicit /s?-lis'it/intransitive verb To seek to obtain by persuasion, entreaty, or formal application. "a candidate who solicited votes among the factory workers." To petition persistently; importune. "solicited the neighbors for donations." To commit the criminal offense of enticing or inciting (another) to commit an illegal act. The American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language, 5th Edition Please remind your sales people to respect potential clients boundaries.This indiscretion has removed Boundless energy from the list of companies I wish to do business with.

  As a short time field marketer I can honestly say theres a lot of great people that have been duped into working for a trash bag of a company. The bait and switch is not only on the consumer side its also on the *************** side. Id take an educated guess that most of the positive reviews are faked by the company. Upon leaving the company I was blocked from all of my sales leads which for me means Im blocked from getting any kind of payment from the company for work that I performed. This is after being hired for a position then placed into a different position. The company is very shady.

  Boundless *****. They came and gave me a sweet pitch and then havent picked up or answered at all when system isnt working as expected. They just sell and move on its ridiculous

  While the original salesman was friendly, helpful and prompt in his responses, we have been completely disappointed in the management of this company. When we needed to speak with a manager, with more detailed questions, we were told ************* would call us at specific times, which he never did. When we called the parent company, Freedom Forever, they called 5 different representatives and were not able to get through to anyone other than our original salesman. A reputable company does not tell customers they will call and then never do so. We are left feeling like we got scammed. Would not recommend this company to anyone interested in solar.

  *************************** did an excellent job explaining the process leading up to and installing my solar panels! He explained to me how interconnection to the grid works and how the solar panels create energy and feed energy back to the grid. He did an excellent job explaining what I need for a system and what I DON'T need!I would highly recommend going with Boundless Energy and using *************************** as your dealer.

  *********************** did an amazing job helping us with our home solar project. Being in the Energy industry for work already I think I gave another level challenges that **** was able to navigate as I really sent the tough questions his way and he was able to get me those answers. I have remained in close contact with **** as he continues to assist me with anything along the way even though my system has been installed for almost 2 years now. So hes definitely not one that will walk away from that connection after the project is done, he will remain as a constant asset on your side to assist you anyway possible. I highly recommend!
