  My Boyfriend (****** ****) . placed a order for a steering column with the key, The company inadvertently shipped the wrong product without the key, resulting in an inconvenience for which we hold the company responsible. And they said he should bear the cost of this mistake, as he explicitly requested a steering column with the key, which was not provided. Furthermore, the product received was dirty and incorrect, as documented in the pictures that we sent back to them. In light of this, We requested a full refund, as we believe it is unreasonable to expect him to pay for an error on there part... And they refuse to pay full refund I would not recommend anyone buying any parts from this company because if you just so happen to get the wrong part they will not hold their selves responsible for their mistakes.

  I bought Engine from ready to start Auto engine with a four year warranty. The first they sent me was no good and Im still waiting for the third Engine now telling me its a 30 day notice from the first Engine. This is unfair to me as a consumer because its costing me 2400 every time they have to take out the engine and replace it

  BEWARE they are dirty business! Received a defective transmission and its been a month no refund just keep getting the run around talked to Max ****** **** and others did want to pay the shipping to return part so said they would refund once we dropped dispute from bank still no refund its been over a month

  I have a damaged door on my 2011 ***** silverado. I needed a whole new door. I called them and explained my situation to them. They assured me they would take care of me and i am in the best hands. They said they had a door that was from the exact same year make and model and color. My goal was to find a door where all i had to do was unbolt it from the hinges and unplug the harnessess and sqotch it out, as i am not a mechanic. They were persistent that they had the exact match for my truck. They were also persistent on charging me before i seen any pictures or even knew it was exact match. The door was close to ******* dollars. I trusted their advice that it was exact match. They were eager to hurry up and get the payment from me because once they have your money, their policy states that they charge a ****** restocking fee and a ***** reprocessing fee. Those arent the exact numbers but really close. They took the money out and didnt sent the door for about 2 weeks, i called them and they said they damaged the door. So their policy says they have the right to get another door of equal value that matches. I wanted a refund but they said they have another door that is exact match and they said they will send it "tomorrow". They ended up giving me a door that was to a 2500 silverado, which it is interchangeable, but the inner door panel wasnt there and there are 2 bunches of wires that are cut off. So i am not a mechanic and now i gotta figute out how to do wiring for the door and hopefully my 1500 door panel will fit on the 2500 door. Their goal is to get ur mo ey because their policy is written in their favor. Very manipulative i would not recommend this place as they are not worried about customer satisfaction and quality of their product.

  I ordered a low mileage transmission for an avalon and got a high mileage ***** with all cables cut. I was charged an extra $300.00 for lower miles. Installer stated oil was consistent with much higher mileage than *****. Save yourselves the time money and sorrow and do not trade with these people.

  I purchased a transmission from this company. Upon arrival to the dealership and the mechanic installed it only to find it was not a good transmission and was too damaged. I immediately called the company and they promised to refund my money. They kept lying and stalling until the warranty had expired. They pretended to be so concerned but never returned the money to my card and they charged a different price that was told to pay until I saw my card statements. They charged more than what they were supposed to charge. Dont waste your time with this company. Im stuck with a defective transmission and fighting to get my money. Please avoid this company at all cost. They are big time scammers.
