Poor service. Went to Wireless Zone to activate a new phone. Over an hour later and $50 spent, the phone did not work- something to do with the sim card, which I bought new from them. The old phone no longer worked either, which they deactivated as part of the typical process to activate the new phone. I was told it would likely complete the process in a couple/several hours or that I bought a defective phone. My mistake for leaving without a refund as I had no operational phone. I called ******* directly the next day after over 24 hours without a functioning phone- the process never completed automatically, as promised. They were able to help me without a fee in a matter of minutes, manually activating the sim card on their end. My husband went in-person and also tried calling Wireless Zone to speak with management about this- we never received a call back. Buyer beware.

Hello.  I saw your review on ****** as well on Sunday 1/7/24.  I tried locating your invoice for the month of January and December under *******************************.

I received an email from BBB and looked up the name Jenniimarie ****** and located an invoice from 7/28/23.  I just would like to confirm this is the transaction in question.  I apologize for the experience you encountered and would like to have the opportunity to make it right.

I did speak to the manager and somehow the message was never relayed to him.  Please feel free to reach out to me via text or voicemail ************.
