I recently went to this store hoping they could help with my developing bunion. The sales *** told me that I need arch supports to correct that. He deceived me into buying the : sets of arch supports plus a few insoles and a pathetic Velcro patch to keep the orthotics in place when inside shoes. They used the same sales tactic they did on other customers. After a couples days of wearing, I could barely walk, kneel or go up and down the stairs without experiencing excruciating pain. So I called the *** and they had me go back to store to change a set and told me to wear the relaxer all day before changing into the more aggressive ones when I get home. But when I get home I could barely stand on my feet without so much pain and I can just imagine how much pain would that be if I wear the other more aggressive ones . So I stopped wearing them went back again next weekend. I told them Im not happy with this purchase and want a refund. They do not want to give me my money back because they have a no return policy and could only do exchange or in-store credit. What a total scam, rip off and a trap they do to customers. I have trusted their shady deals for the tune of $1700. They are in the business of making money and not helping people with foot issues. I believe my condition will get worst if I keep wearing them which is what theyre forcing me to do. I must warn others not to do business with this store. They are not doctors . They sell you orthotics that are not customized. They are kept in the Bacolod store like stack of shoes and their salesmen only pick the sets which they think will work for you. Please dont waste your time and go to a podiatrist instead. Its cheaper and more accurate. This business needs to close down!

My wife and I spent about $4,000 for the two of us in September 2024. After using the most agressive insert first for the designated time, our feet hurt so much that we stopped using them. We put them aside and when we went back to the store today for different ones that would fit better, we could not find ******* the store the employee we met with told us that they could do nothing unless we bought two new sets of plastic inserts. They then have the nerve to say it would cost us $500 each for the plastic inserts. We talked with the Manager who could care less and basicly said tough luck. They are a disgrace in both customer service and ************** NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY!!

BUYER BEWARE! Let me start by saying I'm a 56 year old retired Firefighter. I'm 5'7" and 230 lbs with an athletic build. Up until this episode I walked at least 2 miles a day. I have had Plantar fasciitis before (about 6 years ago) and got it under control with OTC arch support inserts. I went on a long hike in the mountains and about a week later it started. I was in moderate pain from for about a month when I decided to check out this place with the promising name and the impressive looking storefront. When I went in I was met by a friendly associate who asked me what brought me in. I told him about my pain and he quickly shuffled me over to a display. That's when the pushy salesman emerged. He had me walk over an ink pad to make foot prints for "diagnosis". I'm not sure how he could "diagnose" a medical condition from a footprint of an already hurting foot. Then he rambled on about flat feet and knee and back problems I might have later in life if I didn't buy his products. This is the point where I should have turned around and walked (or limped) out of the store. They are not medical professionals of any sort. To be fair there are some people that genuinely believe they are getting their money's worth and the salesman never claimed to be medical a professional, but they do pray on the injured and they do use deceptive sales practices to over charge for non refundable chunks of plastic that in my case prolonged and increases my pain. I payed $1600 for 3 sets of inserts, a program to follow and a pair of sneakers. I followed the program for almost 2 months before I realized how much worse my feet had gotten. By the time I gave up I could only be on my feet for 30 minutes before I had to sit due to the pain. I only felt relief a week after I switched back to my old shoes and a pair of over the counter arch support inserts. Frankly I don't know how they are aloud to operate a business like this in America with no accountability.

I visited this store earlier this year with my son who was having foot pain when doing distance running. I called beforehand to ask about pricing & was told that the arch support price was $500. When we got to the store, the sales person took images of my son's feet & went to the back room, returning with 3 "custom" arch supports. Then I was told that they would cost $500 EACH.....totalling $1500!!! Needless to say, the "custom" arch supports did nothing for my son's foot pain. Since then, he has gone to a podiatrist & was told that the source of the pain was in his heel, not the arches. While I admit it's my fault for even paying this huge sum, I wanted to do something to help my son! I didn't appreciate this sham of being told one price on the phone & then being quoted triple after the fitting is done! I also question the **************** of their employees.
