      This is the third time **** has incorrectly reported me to the credit bureaus for non-payment, which has negatively impacted my credit score. It requires numerous phone calls, emails, and follow-ups for **** to finally reach out to the credit bureaus to correct the errors. I have documented all communications and dates related to these issues.I have authorized Direct Federal to automatically withdraw mortgage payments for all my loans. However, on 9/6/2022, my credit monitoring service alerted me that a late payment had been reported by Direct Federal, which was later corrected. Then, on 10/6/2024, the same issue occurred again. I contacted **** on 10/15/2024 and have followed up daily via phone and secure emails, but no action has been taken so far.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have been in touch with them to obtain statements from them and I got them.  But the issue in hand has not been addressed.

      Direct Federal Credit Union started charging me for a car loan that I don't own. I never got the payment for my Highlander 2021, and when I asked the credit union to send me the payment directly, they refused.They are charging money for money I didn't receive and a car I don't own (yet).

      We understand your concerns, and appreciate your patience throughout this process.

      To clarify, the ownership of the vehicle is finalized once we have received and processed the payoff from the leasing company, and the necessary documents, including the title and bill of sale, are sent to you for registration.

      As you know, the loan was signed on July 31, 2024. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide lease buyout funds directly to you, as we must adhere to specific processes to ensure everything is completed correctly.

      There was a delay in the transaction due to the address discrepancy, as the leasing company needed the correct address for documentation purposes. Once you were able to update your address to *************, they could then request a new check, which we promptly reissued and sent via ***** on August 28, 2024. Im pleased to inform you that the check has been accepted and cashed.

      This bank has consistently messed up my direct deposit on an auto loan. They have charged me twice a month multiple times on the 7th and 30th of the same month for the same loan. I have called 3/4 month ago and had this issue fixed for a few month and then this month they have charged me twice again for the same loan. The manager I spoke to months ago gave me her word this wouldnt happen again. Yet a few months later it does. How can a bank be this shady about charging a customer twice in the same month! And not fix the issue!
