I purchased a VIN Check package for $49.95 on 8-10-23 for 10 reports. I have 30 days to use the package. I ran one report and they can cancelled my subscription saying I went past my 30 day period. I have made them aware of my purchase and the date of 8-10-23 so they can reactivate my subscription and they refuse to acknowledge the fact I just paid for the subscription 4 days ago. I use these reports for my car dealership and without the report my customer won't buy the vehicle. I either want my package fulfilled or I want my money back. I used my *************** Mastercard to purchase the package and I emailed them the transaction showing the date of 8-10-23 yet they ignore me via email and they don't answer their helpline. I did some digging into the account under the username ***************************
And it appears that it is associated to a Customer Support ticket ID ***** which is registered to a user under the username *********************
After a long time digging into the account history and ticket correspondence, I can clearly see that the customer registered 2 separate accounts under 2 separate emails.
Both accounts share the same customer name ************************* and appear to share very similar meta data.
The issue here is that the customer opened a ticket # ***** on 8/13/23 under the username ********************* which has expired on 05-28-2023 17:25:55 with last registered purchase reported on 04-28-2023 17:25:55. On the date of 08-14-2023 14:48:08 our support staff replied to the ticket letting the customer know that the account registered under the username from which they were contacting us from has in fact expired and had no current orders.
After multiple correspondences on multiple different dates and times asking the customer to provide additional order numbers in order for us to locate the purchases to which the customer was referring, we were able to associate the customer with a totally different username *************************** On 8/18/2023 6:48AM we informed the customer that we believe that he has a second account that he has registered on a different username ***************************. We have offered the customer to close one of the accounts and credit the remaining search credits to another.
On the date of 8/18/23 at 4:14pm the customer replied with Hello, yes go ahead and close the ************************** and credit the Barracuda1968 account.
We have processed the customers request and close the 2nd/newer account under the username *************************** and credited the balance of that account to the account to which all the ** tickets were originating from *********************

June 4, 2023 ************ processes my data in multiple systems displayed on websites without my consent. This includes personal data processed with names of myself as well as additional personal names and street addresses stated in the attached deletion request. I tried to send three previous deletion requests ** Mail to addresses listed on their websites all of which were returned NSN, Not Deliverable as Addressed by the ** *********** as stated in the attached request. The text window they have on their website to send a message is insufficient as it does not document my communication. I would like to notify this company, with reference to federal law, to destroy personal data and revoke consent to process personal data. I would also like to cancel any agreements with the owners of these websites, which may give permission to hold or process personal data, in the event that they exist. I would like to document that I have sent deletion notice in the event I need to take further action with an additional consumer protection agency. Attached is the deletion request, listing two of the websites processing my personal data, created June 3, 2023. I am aware that this company operates several websites and there may be more systems where my data is processed. I would like them to destroy and cease processing all personal data within all of their systems. On February 5 ****, Previlion LLC is still processing personal data after they have received legal notice revoking consent for personal data processing, US GDPR (7) 3, through a prior complaint and additional notice sent US Mail June, 2023 and September 2023. The instruction they provided in their previous response to follow their company opt-out procedure does not honor legal notice to destroy and cease processing all personal data. I would also like them to contact me in writing, advise that all personal data is destroyed and that they will no longer process personal data in the future. Attached is additional notice requesting deletion of personal record, revoking consent for personal data processing under the authority of federal law. The addresses listed in the attached notice were in prior requests and are still active February 5, ****. This is not an "opt out" request under their corporate policy as they mentioned in a previous response. This is notice made under the authority of federal law to destroy and cease processing all personal data. I am not satisfied until they send acknowledgement advising that all personal data has been destroyed in all of their systems and they will no longer process personal data in the future.

Hopefully the third time was the charm. I have visited the web page, followed the instructions, submitted a utility bill, requested the opt out and received the feedback that it could take up to 30 days to process the request. For what its worth, assuming it was done correctly now - it is obvious to me at least that the process is much more difficult than it should be to simply opt out of this, especially when you advertise on your site that opting out is a service you proudly offer. I also am confused as to why even if it was done incorrectly on previous attempts, you couldnt simply remove the info being requested once I went as far as to contact the BBB for their support , couldnt you have simply removed it on your own at that point?
Being that Ive tried more than once starting several months ago to get this information removed, I can not accept the response until I see that the information has actually been removed. With that in mind, anything you can do to speed the process of deletion would be greatly appreciated. It would also be very much appreciated if you could do all in your power to make sure this information does not reappear on your website(s) down the road.

They had responded to my initial complaint suggesting the info was not taken down because I did not correctly submit the request. I followed up, submitting the request a third time per their exact instructions, and got feedback that it could take up to 30 days for removal. My last response thru BBB was that I couldnt accept their response until it was down, and that was 30 days per the information they provided. I asked if they could speed it **, in which case I would accept the response.
It has now been 37 days I believe, and I am resubmitting the request for a 4th time, and the information is still not down. I am writing to ask if you can potentially follow up on this for me as well without opening a new claim ?Business Response

I have had 2 charges from this site in which I do NOT have an account and the company has sent MULTIPLE emails which I have asked MULTIPLE times from email replies and voicemails to call instead because the email responses are not only slow but are getting no where . I see multiple support tickets under **************************** The support ticket was submitted throw one of our Verispy customer contact forms. The support ticket were submitted on different dates and are registered under the following ticket IDs: 001-9607, 002-9607, 003-9607, 004-9607, 005-9607, 006-9607, 007-9607, 008-9607, 009-9607. I took the liberty of checking username **************************** and that is also not found in our customer data base. Our support staff has already emailed practically identical response to ************************* and I am again going to mention it here: We are happy help but in order for us to take any account-based action we must first locate the customers account.
