      I would give Zero stars if I could. They charged my card fraudulently and I have given them my car, name , email address permission to call my bank , since they say they cant open attachment for a screenshot of my bank statement, offered to email it AND asked many times in email and left voicemail to call me instead of the exact same robo number mail askin for an order number that I do t have because I dont have an account t but they will not do anything f. They dont want to settle this or refund me as they def should. They want to continue this ongoing argument so I will be writing ever posssible site I can to warn people and do what I have to for a full refund. They will rip you off and will not try to help you OR CALL TOU BACK . You will only receive robo.emails total bs site.

      I am unable to locate your account based on the email address you have provided, there is no current user in the system under the username **************************** I even checked your name and I can locate multiple users under the name of *************************, so in order to locate your account I will need more information. Please provide me with the necessary information to locate your account as listed below: The valid receipt number/order number that you received upon purchase as it appears on the email receipt. The purchase receipts appear as Order Confirmation. (PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BULK/SPAM MAIL FOLDER IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE ***** IN YOUR INBOX.)You may also provide the email address/username to which your account is registered and we can try to locate your account that way.PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY BANK STATEMENTS or personal documents.Please note that we do not access nor collect any of our subscribers' personal information, including credit card number or any other billing information.In order for us to access your account, you must therefore provide us with the account number/order number found in your receipt email. I will then be able to assist you in resolving this issue.Also please note if you are getting charged by Previlon then you must have subscribed to one of our products, it would help if you provide the product name, date of purchase, any bit of information will help to locate your account.As per the issue regarding previous support tickets I wish to inform you that I cannot locate any support tickets registered under an email *************************** which is the email address submitted with BBB complaint number ******** on 8/1022 however after a LOT of digging I was able to find a support ticket under a very similar email address: **************************** There is a high probability that both emails are registered to the same user *************************. I see multiple support tickets under **************************** The support ticket was submitted throw one of our Verispy customer contact forms. The support ticket were submitted on different dates and are registered under the following ticket IDs: 001-9607, 002-9607, 003-9607, 004-9607, 005-9607, 006-9607, 007-9607, 008-9607, 009-9607. I took the liberty of checking username **************************** and that is also not found in our customer data base. Our support staff has already emailed practically identical response to ************************* and I am again going to mention it here: We are happy help but in order for us to take any account-based action we must first locate the customers account.
