      Trip advisor is preventing me from leaving my review of a Home2 suites by Hilton in Fairview, *******************. Its about a bedbug situation and they are making it impossible for me to leave a review and deleting my reviews they say that I have uploaded duplicate photos on another review, but this is not true. I have no reviews on the site, for some reason they just do not want to post it .*****************************

      How do I add ******** Tours to your site?I keep going to **** center on your website. That does not work. I tried to go to your www.tripadvisor.com/generalsupport. That leads me back to the same page I am having trouble with.******** Tours in ************* has such affordable tours for the middle class.We stayed 10 days travelling all over ****** for **** dollars a piece. Hotel and meals included.This needs to be spread to people who want to travel for less money but still the same thrill.

      I am a reviewer. TripAdvisor published my most recent reviews under someone elses account with a similar name. I have absolutely no way to reach them as they offer zero phone or email support. Sending a letter via **** but not feeling hopeful.

      Blatant false advertisement ! I did a ****** search for the ****************** in ****** for specific date. Most prices range from $800 to $1100 for that night. TripAdvisor ad claims $309/night ... 340 with taxes . I go to their website ... they say that is . 'MEMBERSHIP PLUS' rate ... I sign up and pay $99 for membership plus ..... go back to trip advisor Plus website and their best rate is $852. After about an hour on phone with TripAdvisor customer service .... they basically say "there is nothing we can do"I ask why they advertise something which they dont honor ... and get the nothing answer that 'Thats not the price we show on our website"The advertisement is still up hours later zero (or negative) stars would be more appropriate

      Thank you for informing us of your experience. We took a look at the hotel rates you were looking at for the night of September 18th and cannot see that ****************** has any Plus rates available, but there are other partners with similar pricing available directly on Tripadvisor.com.

      It's difficult to understand what happened at the time you signed up because the rates/availability could have changed since you first searched for your booking date. ****** pulls pricing information from different Tripadvisor partners, and at times there may a slight delay between the two sites.

      We see that you ultimately cancelled and received a refund for your Plus subscription, and hope that you will consider giving Plus another try in the future.

      Tried for over 9 hours using multiple devices and browsers trying to book a hotel. Waited on hold and finally talked to someone who was not able to provide any solutions. Sent an email response as requested to troubleshoot and still nothing. Now the rate of the hotel has increased significantly and I have missed the chance to book it with other sites. Trip Adivsoe plus membership seems to be completely worthless

      TripAdvisor Plus is a scam - bait and switch. They charge for membership but when you try to book one of the members only deals it never goes through I tried multiple times, each time meticulously entered credit card info (fir multiple cards), but never got the deal

      Consistently was trolled in their forums by other users. I had user MsCheap1 criticize my post in one of the public forums, call me a troll, and tell me to stay in *******. I emailed her in private, called her a B, and set her straight. My post was deleted due to someones hypersensitivity, likely hers. I reposted a more gently worded version. She posted a comment warning people about me. Flagged her comment as harassment and TripAdvisor did nothing. Instead, they deleted mine and somebody elses subsequent responses addressing her post. Found an email for TripAdvisor and emailed them directly. They ended up shutting my account down.This was a clear-cut case of trolling, but I got the shaft and the troll got to keep her account. Despite being a level 6 contributor, TripAdvisor shut my account down without saying a word, and they wont answer my emails. Ive had other issues where theyve arbitrarily taken my review down and dance around giving you an answer why. Usually, its a dangling because your review does not meet our guidelines. When you ask why it doesnt meet their guidelines, they say because it doesnt meet their guidelines.

      As you can see from the response, the full story is not being told. Their guidelines are applied inconsistently. For one, they didnt take action against the person that was the one that actually started the fight. They got me on a technicality for signing up for a new account because they wrongly disabled the account where the harassment occurred. I rarely had any trouble with TripAdvisor, except in the forums where I was regularly attacked. The forums are a haven for trolls, and TripAdvisor enables them. After having a TripAdvisor account for 10 to *********************************************************************** banned.

      If I could rate zero star I would have chozen it.In February 2022, I booked a trip to ***** ******* through Trip Advisor and paid it in full for ocean view Hotel in April 2022, one week before my flight, Trip advisor sent me an email that my reservation was not honored by the hotel (even though when I booked in February the agent confirmed every thing is set, and she literally said to rest assure that my reservation is confirmed), then Trip advisor offered me another hotel with same price but the hotel was 35 minutes far (driving) from the beach rather the one I booked was on the beach, when I told them I don't want a hotel that is such far from the beach as I have kids and my original booking was for a hotel on the beach they said we are sorry but we cannot help, so I cancelled the hotel, but now a week prior to my travel time all hotel nights prices sky rocketed and the same hotel I bookded in February has tripled in price which I could not afford, a week before my trip I could not afford any good quality hotel on the beach because all prices went up as you would expect, so I had to settle in a bad hotel that has nothing to offer as the original one. me, my wife and 2 kids had the worst vacation ever (we could not cancel plane tickets so we had to travel otherwise We would have lost plane tickets which cost roughly 2000$, I paid more than 5K for a bad vacation, trip advisor should be ashamed of what they did to me and my family, they should be called Trip screwers not advisors, because of them my vacation turned from a dream vacation to a nightmare vacation because they did not honor my booking through them in February and they waited until late March to notify me about it, never ever book from Trip advisor, they will book for you but when they find a better payor a month after your booking they will kick you out and take whoever pays more, please book through the hotel directly even if it is more expensive but at least you will have piece of mind.

      This travel review website was created in order for people to go in and review hotels and resorts that they stayed in. I recently was at a resort that asked me to write a review. I have spent two days on it and I responded back to the owner/manager of the resort that TripAdvisor is no longer taking reviews. In fact they are simply trying to go into the travel rental business themselves.I found this very disconcerting As personnel at resorts are working so hard to please TripAdvisor, and they are no longer taking reviews.Just took a screenshot Of the TripAdvisor card,that the manager of the resort gave me. I really believe it is poor business practice to tell tell resorts that they will publish reviews that there are guests send in, and then all they intend to do is make money off of booking people. I doubt they are even going to book them at the resort they gave the cards to.Since I went in so many times I do belong to TripAdvisor so I have a username and password. I started getting garage by soliciting emails from TripAdvisor. this particular resort is in ******, and they continually 5 to 8 emails a day wanna know if Im still interested in booking in ************, which happens to be the area of ****** with this particular resort is situated.I feel horrible for the resort because they work so hard and they are actually paying TripAdvisor to publish reviews. They arent publishing anything from members of TripAdvisor, like I am *** from the resort they are soliciting business from.so I have had it by getting harassed with emails daily from TripAdvisor wanted me to book with them, and Im so embarrassed for the manager of the resort to that asked me to write a review.I dont want to tell him That he was conned by TripAdvisor.Im not sure if this will contain my email address and my name so I will give it below I think I have just enough room to do that. And the reason I am submitting this is its rotten *************************** Cant leave my email address

      Booked a trip through trip advisor plus a few months out from our departure date. As the date got closer we identified the same room and upgraded rooms were now booking at a significantly cheaper rate through trip advisor plus. In addition, the hotels direct room rates reflected significantly cheaper rates as well (****** less a night then what we paid). We contacted trip advisor plus and asked if the updated rates that trip advisor plus was currently showing could be honored or change our room to an upgraded room and still end up paying less then what trip advisor plus quoted us initially. We were told to pound sand. ****** learned. Using trip advisor plus ultimately costed us more then if we had not used them. On top of the extra cost the customer service was useless. Never again will we use them. Do not purchase their plan!
