      Maybe I'm the fortunate one, but my order for a robot was cancelled by Shark. I initially placed the order on the night of 11/26, and after it was cancelled, I contacted customer care. They reprocessed the order (3 times, the last order#************.) for me using a different credit card from a different bank. Each time, I received order confirmations, and payment was authorized. However, ***** minutes later, I received cancellation emails from Shark.When I spoke with my bank, they checked and confirmed there were no issues on their end. In fact, they stated that the reversal came from the merchant, and I should follow up with them. Unfortunately, when I contacted Shark, they were unable to provide further details. There was no way to escalate the issue, so I felt compelled to share my experience on through different mediumthis is the first time I've done so.I have wasted my whole day talking with Shark and Bank customer care.       I purchased a SHARK vacuum on Dec 2023 and it went bad on November 2024. I called the company and they said that the only part covered is the motor. The base where the brush is located is not spinning and making a loud noise. Shark customer service trouble shooted and said that the base needs replaced and it's not covered by the warranty.

      I had to contact shark due to an original warranty replacement the vacuum stopped working. The vacuums are expensive and don't last. My last warranty was in 2021. They sent me a whole different model and I got ripped off an.extra battery. I had asked how much a battery is and they're $83 with the cord being $20. Are you kidding me. So I originally paid for a vacuum with an extra battery and the replacement was a different model with no extra battery? Is this how they're making money or what. In my email it also states my order will be 2 separate shipments but according to shark that's not true. Then why did I receive an email. I should be sent a battery if I originally paid $369.99 for my ionflex duoclean

      I received an email from ninna kitchen ( aka sharkninja) order ************. I didnt place this order myself. I made contact with them advising them of that, and asking them to cancel the order. The order isnt shipped. It apparently went through affirm and they cant refund until whoever it is purchased through advises them. They advised me that it cannot be canceled and that it has to be shipped. Once shipped I would have to receive and send it back via mail. The status is still showing prepare to ship. They are refusing to cancel the order, which I cant afford

      On 11-27-2024. I ordered a vacuum from sharks 1800 number on tv. The lady took my info and had me set up on a payment plan. She said needed to deposite ****** so she charged my debit card. Then immediately started try to sign me up for a free 2 weeks of travel aid. Not sure even why or what it is. Told her I was not m interested she insisted that it's part of the incentive for the product. I told her I was not interested as sh ** told me it would cost me 25 dollars a month after trail. Again I repeated I don't want. So I insisted she give me the cancelation number which she did. But never got confirmation email about my purchase. Contacted Shark they see it everything will be OK. I wake up this morning , and they have charged my account again. They then said it could take14 days to get my money ey back. I want it now. They were not given permission to take it twicece and I'm a single dad who needs that money for feeding,my child. Can someone help me.

      I have two Ninja online account, one registered with this email address, **************************** and another one with this email address, ****************************************** I sent an email to customer service requesting both to be merged under the ************ address, ticket #********. They answered to give them a call. I called them yesterday and they assured me both account were merged under the ************ account. Just now I logged in with my ************ email and I do n it have any products registered, (I have two registered under the ********** account) and I just received a promotional email at the ****** email address. I dont understand why they lie and told me everything was resolved when it is not.

      I purchased a new cordless vacuum from this company called a Shark Stratos 862H, and during the 30 minute cancellation window that is on the order verification email I learned from many reviews that there were numerous issues with the battery not working correctly, and many other customers with the same battery issues were waiting for a replacement battery to be shipped to them, but were told the batteries were on back order and hard to get. I also found out there were no extra battery options for purchase for this particular model. More importantly I was informed by the company representative that they would not add an extra battery with my order, and refused to cancel my order and refund my money even though it was still in there warehouse. I also informed their representative that I tried to cancel my order well within my 30 minute window on their email and was informed that there was nothing they could do about it even though he was a supervisor, even though the website was not working correctly on the evening of November 26th 2024. This vacuum also has reviews of customers saying this item has issues of getting clogged up and filter clogging issues that could not be fixed easily or at all. I highly recommend that consumers not buy the Shark Stratos Cordless vacuum or purchasing any other items at Shark Ninja Company because there is a good possibility they are going to have product issues and customer service representative issues!

      I have recently bought a Ninja Food 14-in-1 8-qt Pressure cooker about a year ago. It's a great device until it stops working. I have had an experience where the device keeps showing that the lid is not shut, and it will not work. I called into support, and I was able to get a replacement device which was in the warranty of the device of 6 months in February. Now today the new device is doing the same thing, and I called support and there is nothing they can do. This device is not even a year old and cost 400+.

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the Shark Navigator Zero-M *** Pro Upright vacuum cleaner that I purchased. Since acquiring this product, I have experienced numerous issues that have significantly impacted its performance and my overall satisfaction.The latest problem I've encountered involves the wand and hose detaching from the main unit. It's important to note that this detachment occurred without any mishandling on my part. I rarely use or remove the wand, so the separation was not due to wear and tear or improper use. This malfunction renders the vacuum essentially unusable and adds to my growing list of concerns with this product.Given the persistent issues I've faced since purchasing this vacuum, I am requesting that SharkNinja take immediate action to resolve this situation. I would like to be made whole by either:1. Replacing the entire vacuum with a new, fully functional unit, or 2. Providing a new wand and hose assembly to restore the vacuum to working condition I have been a loyal customer and expected a higher quality product from the Shark brand. The ongoing problems with this vacuum have not only been inconvenient but have also prevented me from effectively cleaning my home.I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this issue.

      Hello, first time doing this. Bought a shark vacuum recently and all my products are shark. But this vacuum has really been bothering me, extremely heavy to lug around so heavy that i started having shoulder pain, also its motor also stops working within 1 minute of the vacuum usage. Does not pick up well at all. Extremely disappointed would like to change if possible.
