    We were evicted from an apartment of 14 years unlawfully.these people came wrapped some belongings but left most of the contents in the apartment.we arrived at the facility and most of our furniture bags and boxes of belongings were missing.merged with other people possessions.the facility had a stench we couldn't stand toilets were full of mold and it was dark except for a little plug in light.the floor had pools of water.we notice much of our personal and sentimental things were completely gone.we told the boss and the person that packed our things about it and what our recourse would be.we did not get a proper response.we have lost many things we could never get back. Our question still remains the same.what is our recourse?

    Absolute scumbag stole half my apartment I paid up to date and paid to have my belongings moved to a storage closer to me did everything right and he still scammed and robbed me when they did move what was left they destroyed it all by piling it high to the ceiling and I am left to start over from scratch it is so disgraceful what he does and has gotten away with I will be going to court over **** dollars worth of furniture destroyed

    Worst Experience i've ever had with a moving company. The owner ***************** everything, He never answered the phone unless I called from a private number and even then would tell me he would call back when he got to "his office" Of course. I never did get a call back from him ever, I had to call Constable to set up an appointment just to find out that he had already got rid of Everything I Own PERIOD A furnished 3 bedroom apartment, all brand new furniture. TV's gaming ******. Not to mention the very sentimental things to me.Like like my son's Birth certificate his baby Teeth His mother's day cards He made for me the lock it up here from his first haircut.The title to my car, the list goes on.If I knew how I would shut this guy down and not let him run any business. It should be illegal what he did to Me and many other people that he's robbed of their possessions and has been getting away with it for this long. I will absolutely be taking him to court and make sure that he is Punished accordingly
