      If I could leave negative stars I would. The customer service team does not understand how their own software operates and the supervisor will lie just to get you to hang up the phone and think there is hope. For starters I was taking an exam and the test paused and after what I am being told for was 35 minutes. The ******* paused the test because I apparently left the meeting which is a lie due to the lockdown browser software they use. Once I am in a meeting I cannot leave it or access any other web pages due to lockdown browser. I call examity and they tell me I left the meeting which based on basic comprehension is not possible. I was told a supervisor will call me back within 20 minutes. Almost 40 minutes goes by and they call me back and send me straight to a voicemail box which I leave one. Then I have to go through the whole process again and finally I get supervisor who tells me I can reschedule the exam with him which I find out later on is another lie. Now I am told my case will be escalated to the concerned team who have no contact information and the team at Examity refuses to give me any sort of follow up with the concerned team. They have wasted 3 hours of my time and just keep telling me more and more lies, this type of behavior and customer support is unacceptable and needs to stop. No wonder no one has a left a positive review for this company.

      I have reviewed the exam.  We have a note that the candidate was disconnected.  This disconnection was not an intentional act on part of the candidate, nor was it an intentional act on the part of Examity.  The connection was simply lost which can happen when working on a computer system. The ******* initially paused the exam immediately upon the disconnection and tried to call the candidate at ***********.  The candidate did not answer.  After waiting for 30 minutes, per the **** instructions, the ******* suspended the exam.

      The candidate has reached out to our support team who has attempted to assist him. We have provided him with the instructions to reach out to **** to reschedule his appointment.  We are a partner that assists with proctoring the exam.  We do not control  additional details such as refunds and free reschedules. 

      The candidate's exam was at 11 AM PST.  The ******* ended the session after the disconnect at 12:15 PM PST.  The candidate reached out to support for assistance in reconnecting at 12:34 PST.  This was after the session was ended so the candidate would be required to schedule another appointment directly with ****. 

      Per our process the exam was finalized by the ******* when they were not able to reconnect with the candidate.  Once this is done, the candidate must reschedule the appointment.  Our terminology when the exam was finalized is "approved".  All this means is that the session was ended and sent to the client.

      There are several issues with your response. First you guys have the wrong phone number and do not broadcast my number on the internet this is breaking several laws so I would like to speak to your legal team now. Secondly your support team said they would reschedule my exam and someone would follow up in ***** minutes - I had to call back as no one called me. Next how is someone supposed to know they disconnected if you guys use a software that locks people out of the exam page. I could not access anything else and as a result had to sit there for 30 minutes doing nothing as a result.

      IF YOU LIKE 130$ PLUS 10$ TO BE WASTED GO TO THIS COMPANY THEY S**** YOU OVER DISRESPECT YOU AND LEAGALY TAKE YOUR MONEY. I GOT ON THEY SCREWED WITH ME ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE MY EXPERATION DATE THEN SHE SCREWED WITH ME ABOUT MY ROOM OH WHATS THAT OH WHATS THAT AND YOU HAVE A TV YEAH BUT ITS NOT ON AND WHY DO THEY NEED TO KNOW WHAT THINGS ARE IN MY ROOM WHEN THEY ARE CLEARLY NOT NEAR ME!! THIS SUTE ***** AND NOT RELIABLE I PRAY THEY GET SHUT DOWN I HAVE DYSLEXIA SO I READ MY QUESTIONS OUTLOUD FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND THE QUESTIONS THE TOLD ME I CANT DO THAT AND SHE WILL LOCK ME OUT I TALK TO MYSELF AGAIN.       I reviewed both exams taken by the candidate.   I did not notice any issues with the process as presented.  The proctors were both polite and professional.

      We are required to review your ID to identify your name and expiration date.  We are required to confirm that all other devices are turned off. 

      There is a rule that there is to be no talking, this includes speaking to yourself.  The ******* read this to you and you agreed with it.  If you must read out loud due to your dyslexia, please contact your institution for them to add a special accommodation.  Once the special accommodation is entered into the system, the ******* would allow you to read aloud.

      Awful company. Waited upwards of 30 minutes to connect with exam *******. Examity support sent me to voicemail after 15 minutes. After connecting with ******* he overstepped his authority by making me do procedures that were not instructed. After completing the exam he called my phone and said I did not complete post exam procedures. There were no post exam procedures and I already had my grade. Overall a complete waste of my time. Examity proctors are horrendous to say the least.

      It's terrible. It's like a third-world broken down car that you hope will hold out the entire trip of your exam. Unfortunately it did not for me. How many 1 stars have you seen here. Enough said. It took 12 minutes to record one response. Meanwhile, no access to ******* for help. Then he disconnected. One hundred question and 2 hours into it. Then I have to re register for the test. It really is a third-world nightmare. Wish employers don't torture their staff through this application.

      Examity service is poor at best. They never have ******** ready at the time of exam so you sit and wait some times up to 30 mins. Average is 15 to 20 mins which is frustrating; youre focused on taking a final and have sit a star at a screen. Their ******** are indifferent and in no hurry to help. More than 20 tests with them at this point and I can only recall starting within 5 mins once! Their chat system is a joke and often leaves you in queue or starts over. Make me want to find another school that doesnt use them!

      Absolutely horrible experience attempting to take a test through these people. Nowhere did it say that I needed to be able to download an extension to access the exam until I attempted to login and take it. Even AFTER checking my system requirements through their website. I attempted to speak with customer service multiple times, all to get the same generic unhelpful response. When attempting to reschedule the exam I missed because of their lack of communication, they would not respond when asking for a refund nor would they help me reschedule. If zero stars was an option that's what they would be getting. The most difficult part of obtaining a master's degree should not be the test *******.

      Extremely Poor / Incompetent ******* Support by ****** and the supervisor (***********************). Lack of understanding of guidelines and lack of common sense in their conduct. The initial review process took 1 hour and 15 minutes due to the inefficiency and unreasonable approach of these two employees. I can't recommend any one to this service due the unfair and unreasonable manner in which my exam was handled by these two individuals.Further is should be noted that the post exam feedback survey was not provided to me.

      The worst experience, taking a proctored test I have ever had. I wasnt able to connect with a ******* until almost an hour after my exam was scheduled. When I finally got connected to a ******* the gentleman was ridiculously unprofessional, and it was obvious he did not want to ******* me so he kept making up rules off the top of his head then proceeded to close my extremity window since we were screen sharing. every time I try to speak to a supervisor to resolve this issue the staff all of the sudden doesnt understand English and just hangs up on me. Ive taken two other exams with them and they were all bad experiences. I do t understand how this company is still in business.

      Terrible, they require me to have an external camera to take a simple test. Not even a certification or anything else, just a basic proctored test. I informed them that I have taken many professional certifications through Personvue and they do not even require external cameras, built in cameras are fine. So, I could not take the test with them at all. Ridiculous.

      The worse experience I ever had in tec. The customer service folk are like scarecrow who are there just to repeat same things over and over and be formal and polite to say we are sorry you are having trouble taking your exam and so on. Its been two weeks that I am trying to take the first exam and used two computers, but couldnt take it. Highly NOT RECOMMEND :/
