I am an Honors Degree graduate and ******************** Manager. All that to say, I have written dozens of online exams. Examity is BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had. It took as long as 45 minutes (each time) to check into several of my 4 exams today. The ******* was difficult to understand and spoke very quickly in all cases. Theyre just reading off of a sheet with no understanding of what theyre trying to do - which is simply to prevent cheating. Here is a list of time wasting that happened:- Told me I cant drink out of a clear water bottle - Required me to unplug my entire setup - Their website repeatedly dropped and forced me to reset password to login - Made me open my laundry room and give a tour of my back cellar room which was MILES from where I wrote the test Many more to list. I never write reviews, but avoid this at all cost! Imagine if a company was intentionally trying to make something difficult & annoying for you to potentially collect reschedule fees if you lose your patience. Thats what this is.Examity, Inc.

Needs work. It was very hard to understand *******. I get not every person speaks one another's language so maybe a CC might be necessary. Also the rules of having to have all windows closed inevitably made my room darker and hard for the ******* to see whatever she asked to see, which took more time to complete my pre-exam requirements. That was on top of the ******* disappearing multiple times with no explanations, leaving me confused if something was wrong on my end for minutes at a time during the beginning process. It was my first experience with remote testing and if I had a choice I would not use Examity again.Examity, Inc.

Just because i have my nickname instead of my first full name, they wont let me take the exam like how unreasable is that? My last name is the same. No help from the ******* or the ********* - they both dont even know what theyre doing. Just to take a okta exam? Wasted my time and patience.Examity, Inc.

Unfortunately, I cannot give zero stars to this appalling company. I attempted to take my exam online through this place. The "*******" had a foreign accent, and was talking too fast for me to understand. She was irate, and yelling at me. One of the instructions is to show your area around, and I had an empty recliner at the area. She got fixated with this recliner, and I moved the recliner to another area of my house. I was in my dining room, which is completely empty, with just my desk and this recliner. When I moved the recliner to another area of the house, she kept saying: "Oh, you don't need to move the recliner, you could just had kept it where it was", and I said, "listen Ma'am, don't worry, I just want to continue moving forward with my test". She was just fixated with the recliner, and then, after almost 15 minutes, I just asked her to put another *******, or a supervisor on the phone. When she refused (again, talking about the recliner), I went to my room to grab my cell phone, and then, I call my organization. That's when she put another ******* on the phone. This other gentleman wanted to brush off what happened, and told me to move on with the exam. I was very mad and furious, and my Organization advised me to file a formal complaint with them, not with Examity, which I did. I thought that it was the end of that, but then, I see in my e-mails, that they sent an automated response indicating that I got "disconnected" from the exam session with the *******. That is a lie. I did not disconnect on purpose because I had issues with my system, or anything like that. I was too upset to continue with the test, and obviously you don't want a rude and unprofessional ******* that then might even accuse you of cheating during the test. Please Never use this company. Try to see if you can take your test physically with a real-life *******, not these incompetentsExamity, Inc.

Examity NEEDS to be put out of business. They have insane proctoring protocol to the point where I'm not even allowed a waterbottle to drink from while taking a test over a webcam, they had me jump through hoops to comply with the rules and when I did the ******* told me that it wasnt in compliance and she disconnected me from the test before I was able to start it and they want to charge me another 100 dollars to reschedule, IT IS A LITERAL SCAM! I wish I could give this 0 stars. I was trying to earn my ACTION CPT Personal Training Certification and this happened.Examity, Inc.

I have literally had a ******* interrupt me in the middle of a very stressful test because I leaned back in my chair and PART(back of) of my head went out of camera view for less than 3 seconds.Examity, Inc.

I agree with everyones 1stars and would love to give a zero. I experienced similar problems as well. So frustrating trying to get my license renewed and Ive had to take the test 3 times. Password log in issues in the first test taking time and no one can help. By the time I got on I was so stressed I could barely focus and the ******* was coming on and off my screen. Then when my cat jumped on my desk they made me stop and start over the second time. I ran out of time in taking the test and had to take third time. Theyre rude and not helpful when you have a question. Worst service ever in taking exams.Examity, Inc.

examity is the worst testing company i have ever had to deal with. my college uses them for our finale exams and they are horrible not only do none of them speak clear english but they constantly try to push to far with wanting to examin everything and fuss about things that are not even in arms reach. they had a freak out about a gas bill laying on my printer that was in an area where i have to stand up to reach it and it was covered by my wallet. my exam was on communications and there was nothing connected to my test about it! they continued to fuss and argue till way past my time to take my test wasting my time and then went as far as to argue with my school team and support team when they said to let me go about my test and they kept wanting to see it! it reach a point that was very inappropriate and didnt help me with my already stressed test taking zoned mind! this company needs to be shut down and a better company used one that actually treats people like humans and for america one that can speak english!Examity, Inc.
