    Comfi *************** is not only out of bounds, they should be out of business. At one point in time they had customer service based in *************. The adoption of new technologies by carrier service providers literally plunged their operations into icy cold waters. They are off shore now with headquarters somewhere in or near ****** or ******. I purchased a Solaris Card then a ***** Card with a $59 USD credit balance. They refuse to issue any sort of refund. They will continue fleecing consumers until word spreads about their absolutely shoddy business practices. Do not trust them with your credit card or any other payment mechanisms. FYI: The money they owe me translates to thousands of minutes. I am writing this report at a time when we really need the services they offered. We have a family who just passed away in *******. Shame on you Comfi for being so ruthless and absolutely unconcerned. As with all things your bad actions must be reported and stopped. Written Sunday, 23Jun2024.

    Comfi.com just emailed me to say they are shutting down calling cards. I have $30+credit on my ***** card through comfi.com. They are just taking this money with no refund. Is this legal?

    The worst card i have ever used!! Constantly expiring for no reason and having to call customer service to reactivate it. And horrible call quality if you can even get through. Constantly getting a message that this phone number is unavailable right now

    There are constant issues, no transparency what so ever about billing and statements and the company is constantly stealing my money - my purchases of amounts on their phone card and spendings on phone calls don't match. It seems like there is scamming going on. I pay $10, make a call for $2, try to call next time - am told I don't have enough credit, I pay again $10, make a call for $2, and the whole thing is repeated again. Their customer service is pretty bad. When you call them, they tell you to go to "live" chat, which sometimes is available right away and can solve your issue temporarily (they allow you to make a call telling you they credited all your money back, but the next time you try to make a call you run into the same problem), sometimes they are completely unresponsive, like today. Even one star on this review is way to much. Horrible business!

    STAY AWAY from this business. They will drain the money you add to use it for the calls and when you attempt to contact them complaining, around $5.22 will pop up on your account suddenly.

    ***** is stealing our money and time. They sell cards and refills on those cards but their cards do not work. I have 2 Comfi cards, both of which contain many pre paid **************** When I try to use them I only receive a recording saying 'you don't have enough credit'. When I call their customer service number a recording tells me to go online to comfi.com and complete a customer service form or live chat. There is no reply after completing the form and I have spent days attempting to get reply from the so called chat line. The messages are read, but no reply or help. They do not deserve even 1 star of rating.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM AND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE *** (FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION). PLEASE FOLLOW THROUGH WITH REPORTING THEIR THEFT OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

    Cant access my account or make calls. The website is not working. I can't contact customer support. What to do? Wait for the website to work? How long?

    would give a negative or zero review if possible, totally agree with other people, balance on my account would go down with no good reason, checked my account and random calls were reported to have been made to various different countries, suspect and smell SCAM, probably they would use "your account was hacked as an excuse" (WOW i guess , so clever congratulations lol) as it has been reported by several other people so didn't even bother and just immediately closed my account with them, sad as i have had been with this company for more than 10 years, apparently they have no intention of making an honest living and decent business and just want to take out as much money as possible as fast as possible and "get out", will notify my bank and appropriate people if something else comes up ....

    I agree with all of the current reviews. This company has turned to fraudulent activity to scam all of the money in active accounts. Then they shut down access to the accounts , so no calls can be made. Run away as fast as you can from scam purveyor. And do not consider using any so-called affiliate. They are are all engaged in deliberate fraud.

    Had no problem up until the middle of last year. Now something has gone wrong with this company, as we can see here in the reviews. Very disappointing.
