    I confirm with fed x tracking number and delivery my letter was signed and received and to be given to vice executive property manager president ******* ******* with Wingate companies addressing my issues and concerns as a former tenant with Bedford Pines. move in date 9-21-2020 move out date 4-3-2024 I lived in a mold rat-infested ********** unit with big issues and concerns with my health and my livelihood as a tenant. ongoing daily problems with mold rat droppings odors and I suffer knowing rats are living with me inside my oven in the kitchen cabinets in the walls in the ************* under my living stairs living in my bed furniture everywhere. the rats moved with me at my brand-new apartment leaving me with a total loss of furniture bed and clothes and in fear of my well-being health and in fear of my two beloved cats that I consider my children. seeking apology from business and seeking a refund for loss of my belongings that took my livelihood away from me. In the letter I sent to vice president ******* ******* has all my documents AND RECEIPTS for proof of purchases with my quality brand ****** furniture that was very expensive purchase that cost me a total cost for $2522.01 requesting half refund of what I paid for in the amount of $1261.00 from Wingate companies. requesting for a settlement for pain and suffering without me filing a small claims court case or bringing on the news for any farther actions. with my consent I ***** ****** gives consent for BBB to review and retrieve all my documents along with my file and lease with Bedford Pines apartments and doctors letters blood results everything that was sent to executive CEO ******* ******* to get a resolution so I want have to have someone served and subpoena to court keep in mind I am a mental health patient with ***** behavioral mental health in ******* for ********************************************************************** that unit and total loss of my belongings with lots of pain

    I responding to an apartment listing and was advised to contact back in Aug/Sept. 2024 which I did and received an email on Friday 8/16/2024 stating the application had to be returned and completed fully with a $40.00 money order by 8/19/2024 by noon in order to be accepted. I printed the application that was attached to the email and filled it out as directed. Monday morning 8/19/2024 as I do not drive I ****** my daughter and myself to *********** to purchase the money order and then ****** us to ************************************************************ to submit the application and fee. I called to ask where the office was as **** dropped us off in a different area but was directed to the office. A staff member came to the door and I filled out the money order and handed over that and the application and ****** us home. I received a denial letter however I did not receive the $40.00 money order. I contacted ******** via email as this is whom I communicated with previously via email advising I did receive the denial letter however not the $40.00 money order. ******** stated that this is a $40.00 application fee for them to submit a background check. I replied I understand however no where in the email or application communication states that there would be a credit check, background check and a non refundable fee. I advised that I would not have submitted the application knowing this as I know the outcome as I am working diligently on improving my credit and living situation and have NOT submitted applications because it is clearly stated that credit and background checks and non refundable fee applies. I was not properly informed and did not want my credit ran. Because it has been clearly stated the credit score expectations on many sites, verbal and email communication I do not apply to those listings as I am well aware that my score would not be accepted but I still search for an option that may work for us to improve our living situation.

    i live ************ 1 i been smell smoke last 2yrs i told the manger of this place havent done any thing about there no smoke poilcy in place . i also email company muliple times they didnt nothing about it not sure how going about need some thing done about i been resident here over ********************************* complaint other resident notice the smoke smell unfair to me other we smell this need some help how to deal this
