    This company allows property managers to alter tenant files and forge signatures .A lease was created without my knowledge with a false income .I can only speak for the property managers in ************** and ************ .I . but if they allow this to go on in one community then it must be they way the company runs. I have heard many good things about other Wingate communities ..it may just be the property managers in the ********* /********** area .

    horrible company that has awful ableist people working for them. The building I'm in right now is currently owned by them and it *****. DO Not rent from them if you don't want them breaking into your house for no reason, charging you for things they shouldn't be, trying to evict you for no reason.... The list of things they've done to people in my building is long and horrendous. I must go to trauma therapy now because of some of the people that work there and what they've done to me. so many people in this building have panic disorders because of these people. I'm really afraid something bad is going to happen if we don't get help soon

    The ********** of realtors. They steal lives, subsidy money and treat senior citizens like garbage. They leave properties in dilapidated, squalid conditions and lie profusely. Leaking roofs, vermin, dry wall dust poisoning in carpets, no duct work, filth permeates the place and crumbling foundations, no enforcement of the non-smoking restrictions, sub standard contractors using substandard materials. One quarter inch wood screws in particle board frames for double doors, towel racks that come out from the walls, no caulking on residences, rodent problems. The list is endless. Go look them up on ******** They have citizens committees formed against them at multiple properties. Fraud, ******************* practices, 6 property managers in 2 years at some properties, all substandard and DEI quotas to give non professionals a ****** to fly. Can you rate someone minus 10 stars? There should be that rating, because they are the worse you can get. ******************************************* *******************************************
