      I had the pleasure of meeting ******* ******* who works for N.E.T.R. He did work in my unit for almost the whole day.which was planned..working on both of my mini splits system. What an awesome job he completed and hes such an asset to N.E.T.R. Between ******** and Gregoryawesome , knowledgeable employees.

      The experience was disastrous at best. ************************* was sent out on the service call. He broke the boiler beyond repair. He didnt realize the plastic casing he was attempting to remove was screwed to the unit. Rather than unscrewing the cover he attempted to pry it off and broke the casing into several pieces as he continued prying. He was using such force that he pried the casing and its components from the boiler unit so that they were literally hanging by one piece. At that point he called his boss, *****, and told him that the system was so old that it fell apart as soon as he touched it (my neighbor happened to overhear this part of his conversation). Photos of the destruction are attached to this review. Clearly this didnt fall apart in his hands, he destroyed it. I have had two other companies out to assess the damage and both were speechless when they removed the cover from the unit and saw what had been done by NETR. They both said that the damage was either malicious destruction or complete incompetence.***** called me back. He couldnt have been more rude to me if he tried. I began to explain the issue. He cut me off in mid-sentence. ***** said We didnt charge you for the service call did we? Of course not! Your technician damaged the system irreparably. Should NETR charge me for that *****? I started state that I would like to file a claim and.you guessed it.***** again cut me off with questions/statements like How old is the system? It fell apart in his hands? Were not gonna buy you a new system ya know. If ***** is in their customer service area he needs to find a new job. Talking to an unhappy customer is not in his skillset. Unless the goal is to make the customer more upset than they were prior to talking to him. Hes got that nailed. The call ended with ***** saying I have insurance for this, I dont need to deal with customers. Well said *****. Well said. You SHOULDN'T be dealing with customers.

      ***************** recap of the events is unfortunately inaccurate. NETR was requested to provide service to ***************** inoperable boiler. It was not functional prior to our arrival and was not prior installed or serviced by NETR. The damage causing failure was preexisting. Any accidental damage to a plastic control panel cover had no bearing on the operation of the system. In reviewing the recorded phone call ***** at no time said "I do not need to deal with customers" as he deals with customers all day every day. NETR did file an insurance claim on ***************** behalf and the finding from ******************* is that any damange was not caused by NETR but was preexisting in her failed boiler. A copy of the insurance company finding and correspondence to ************* is available and will gladly be provided by NETR. Other offers to assist the customer were rebuffed by the client.

      Interestingly enough, the only thing that ******************* and ******** have addressed is the fact that **** pried the black plastic casing off. They haven't addressed the fact that the electrical components, encased in the black plastic covering, were damaged beyond repair by ****'s methods to take the cover off in an attempt to get to the electrical components and analyze them in an attempt to repair. *******, ********, came out and looked at the unit and seemed to understand the concern. He laughed when I explained what happened and never did an analysis of the unit. He asked if I had pictures of it prior to being removed. He quickly remembered that he already had them and didn't need me to resend them. He never touched the unit or looked at the electrical compenents that are hangning by the proverbial thread. He does have pictures of that. As does ****** from *******************, as does ***** from NETR. Given that I still have the boiler, I can prove everything. Looking forward to meeting all of them in court. I'm sure they assumed I would dispose of the boiler after ****'s inspection. Sorry for NETR, Federated and Capstone, but I didn't. Looking forward to future interactions.
