    I purchased a "mystery box," but I didn't receive a confirmation, so I contacted the company's support chat. The message came as I was chatting. I requested the order be canceled and the funds returned. I was lied to, saying it was already processed and couldn't be refunded.

    Its had been over a ********* havent received my product. I have asked for a refund n all they do is keep saying my box in transit. I suppose to receive my mystery box weeks ago but they keep switching the dates on when it supposed to come.they mistakenly sent 2 tracking numbers with delays.

I have already let my team look into this, and we are doing our best to fix it so that it won't happen again in the future.

    I made a purchase on their website and have gotten the runaround for well over two weeks. Nothing has shipped and it is just excuse after excuse. I told them I want to cancel the order and get my money back since they haven't shipped anything. Now I can't reach anyone and no one will reach back out to me.

    See the attached documents. I paid for 2 boxes of stuff not 1 and I am being told both boxes have been delivered when that isn't the truth.
