I am being charged a 2nd time for ****** when I only ordered one box on May 6 and charged on May 8. Now they have placed another charged today. The charge is pending so I can't dispute it until it is posted. This company doesn't seem very reputable. I would like them to reverse the charge. Your bank will be able to provide full details and further assist you with any necessary dispute if the charge does process.
We want to assure you that our company is fully committed to protecting all customer data. Weve been operating for years and have served thousands of satisfied customers. Scams or dishonest practices are not, and have never been, part of our business standards.
As for the saved card information, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Our systems monthly billing featurewhich is tied to recurring subscription chargeshad mistakenly flagged your previous order, prompting the system to attempt another charge. We have already resolved this issue on our end to ensure it wont occur again in the future.

I purchased two Amazon etc. mystery boxes. These were paid for but not delivered. Company bought a mailing label from their Pitney ***** machine but they have not shipped it in over a week. I don't believe I will ever receive these items as of this point. I will be contacting my credit card company next week at this time unless you get it resolved.Customer Answer

I placed an order with Discount Hq for $119.98 USD. I waited for weeks, order never updated. After expressing I wanted to cancel my order, I received anyways. I ordered a target, *******, and Amazon mystery box. let me just say this place is probably the biggest scam Ive ever seen. The box I received, was a box of things that came from dollar tree and goodwill. How do I know? Because the tags were on there. I received OPENED sanitary napkins (menstrual pads), a childs book with what appears to either be ketchup or bodily fluids hardened on the cover. I received maybe $10 worth of dollar tree items. Not a single item was from any of the places In the descriptions. I paid $119.98 and received maybe $10 worth of opened used items. I have plenty more photos if needed.Customer Answer

I placed an order on 1/12/2025 in the amount of ******. It was supposed to be 4 mystery boxes and 1 Amazon mystery bag. After more than a month and I contacted them I received a box of essentially trash. 1 box not 4 as I ordered. I am missing a mystery Amazon bag, cosmetics box and a clothing box that I did not receive at all. Ive contacted this company several times thru phone and email. First was told my items were sent. Then after I explained I did not receive all and the packing slip proved it. Then Ive been told twice they will be shipped as soon as possible. Still nothing. On February 12th I order (1) one small mystery box with a value of $175. Four weeks and one day later I sent an email asking for a refund because my order was still in the processing stage. Been waiting on my order for over 5 weeks. You call them and they hang up on you multiple times. You email them and apparently the ticket gets sent out and will be responded within ***** hours still have no package at my door. No responses and obviously cant get my money back. Big scam artist.
