      arrived May 15 to Hotel and it was very unsanitary especially very unsafe- took many pictures and showed them to the lady in the front desk , ***** who we also recorded admitting she was fully aware of the conditions of the room they rented us out. She also admitted that such room was the only room available at the time therefore thats what they gave us. We demanded a refund since there were no other rooms available. This room also smelled like cigarette smoke and we showed our inhaler as one of us was asmathic. Room had nails coming out of the headboard where our head rested and we injured our head. Til this day they have not refunded the $592.64 that we paid nor they have reached out.We left immediately and rented another hotel in a different location. We will be taking this to the BBB I do have a voice recording where employee ***** admits to all of the above unsafe details of the room she gave us, if there is a way I can email it to you . I can do this..

      On Tuesday, May 13th, 2025, I attempted to check in to the Red Lion hotel in ******** in a room I had booked for work. I was under the impression that they could direct bill to my company, but they notified me at check in that they needed to go through a third-party process to do so. I was not able to check-in that evening, and booked a hotel room elsewhere. The next evening I had been billed over $200, on my personal credit card, for a room I was not staying in. So within a week I called the Red Lion to see if refunding the charge was a possibility. The manager said she needed to "collect some information" and she would call me back. I have not heard from her since and all attempts to contact her have proved useless. I have left multiple messages, and now my calls are being ignored altogether.

      I booked this hotel, as it was close to the venue and affordable. I was traveling with my Mother and 15 yr old son. We checked in on 5/16/2025 and immediately noticed an odor of mildew or mold. We decided to run the ** unit in hopes the odor would disappear. Within a half hour, my Mother and myself developed a severe headache and my son developed respiratory issues. He has asthma, which has been controlled. However, this smell was clearly causing his distress. I approached the front desk to express my concerns. I did inquire about another room and he stated, "All of our rooms are the same." We inquired about a refund and explained that we would not be able to stay in this room due to the above mentioned concerns. I clearly explained the health related concerns due to my son's asthma. He referred me to Expedia, since that's who my booking was through. I explained that I woulc contact them and we traveled to my son's basketball game. I spoke with Expedia, who mentioned that they would contact the property to request a refund and discuss my concerns. I was later infomred that they were instructed to call back the following day. I returned to the property to express my frustration and return the keys for the room. The same front desk person was present, who I believe is the owner. He was not helpful at all. He continued to blame *******. This issue is ongoing and I still have not received a refund. ******* has made multiple attempts to request the refund and all have been unsuccessful. The fact that my son's health was in jeopardy, I can't beleive this property has still refused to issue a refund. I refused to place my son in a dangerous situation. He was clearly struggling to breath and had to use his inhaler during the 30 minutes we were in the room. This property should be ashamed of themselves. I have never experienced something so herrendous in my life.

      this hotel stole my money and refused to give me my refund. I booked for two days at 70 dollars a night and checked out after only staying one night and they didn't check me out of their hotel until the second day. if your staying here please be sure to get a receipt with your check out if not they will take your money and not give it back to you.The owner called and said priceline refused to give me my money back and priceline told me that the hotel refused to give me my money. Here are the pictures of my reservation showing that I did NOT book a non refundable room and the policy on refunds. Nowhere does it say that if I book and don't stay the entire stay that I can't get my refund. As stated the hotel stole my money and it seems this is a practice of theirs. I also paid a 50 dollar deposit with my debit card and I still have not received the refund for that either. All they had to do was refund the money back to priceline and priceline would refund me my money.

      I was originally supposed to stay at this location from April 7 all the way up into the 11th. In the middle of the night Tuesday i could sleep for whatever reason i seen something moving on my pillow so i jumped up n noticed 2 bed bugs on my pillow. I took pictures and a video. Plus pictures of the bites I received. They could not change my room due to being at full capacity i had to sleep in my car. I had to wait for the manager to come in at 7a she gave me a refund of ****** for 4/8-11th but refused to give a refund for Monday (*****) stating that i didnt have any issues. They did not even do a full investigation which she said herself. she seemed like she knew they had bed bugs and did not disclose such information. I have been calling trying to get in contact with corporate ever since. I left messages on their page for them and even put it in my review of the property i have not been reached out to about the matter at all and this makes me very concerned about the safety and legitimacy of this property.

      Reserved room at hotel for 4/11/2025. Showed up there within 30 minutes of making reservation. Walked in, the room reeked, the towels were dirty and full of hair draped over the sink. The tub hadnt been cleaned ever possibly. There were people standing outside our room. The room was filthy and we did not feel safe. My husband immediately, within 10 minutes, checked us out and verbalized our concerns. The *** at the front desk said to call Priceline and wed receive a full refund. Called multiple times with a return call supposedly coming. Attempted to call today 4/14/2025, and Priceline called the manager of the hotel and he stated he would not be refunding any money. When attempting to call the corporate office costumer service *** said he had no reservation under my husbands name ******* ******. Confirmation number below.

      The ************* Suites, Governor Hotel, ************************************, hands down one of the worst hotel experiences weve ever had. The front desk receptionist, ***** is a standard hotel receptionist, condescending, rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. He directed this attitude not only toward us, but also toward our underage son, who was staying with us and had a few friends briefly stop by to wish him a happy birthday. After checking in, we stepped out short time to handle some business. While we were gone, our son received a visit from a few friendssomething we had clearly disclosed at check-in. It was not a party. Despite that, ***** began harassing our son, repeatedly calling the room instead of contacting us directly. He even came up and knocked multiple times, making everyone feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and attempted to lure them out of the room and force them for their IDs. His behavior was completely out of line and unnecessary.On top of that, there were major safety concerns throughout the property,visible drug activity, a strong and unpleasant odor in the halls, dirty, locks on rooms, many visible damages to our room, and even a bullet hole in one of the windows.Hotel looks nothing like advertised.We were falsely accused of giving away our room keys both of which we returned at checkout exactly as issued. He escalated the situation claimed his manager, clearly not on site, ordered him to kick us out. Were questioning whether the targeting and harassment our son and his guests experienced had to do with the color of their skin or their identities. The way they were treated was not just inappropriateit was not only embarrassing,disappointing for our son Ultimately, we were told we would get a full refund within two daysbut we dont know if that will even happen. Do not trust the images, the staff, or the management. This hotel is unsafe, misrepresented, and run by people who have no understanding of hospitality or basic human decency.

      I checked into Americas Best Inn ********************* Upon arrival I was asked if anyone else was in the room but me and the answer was no, I was being dropped off by a friend. After getting my things in the room I was absolutely disgusted by the filth in the room (see pictures). Before I could get my things and get into contact you and the front desk there was a knock on the door being ask to come to front desk. The front desk lady was extremely rude, stating that I needed to leave because my ride had used the restroom and let his dog go out in the yard to pee. I explained that neither of them were staying, simply had to use the restroom before they left since I had literally only been checked in for less then 5min. I told her that the room was disgusted that there was blood on the sheets filth in the floors walls everywhere and she and her housekeeper rudely told me that I was wrong, even after stating I took pictures. The housekeeper at that time called me a crackhead threatened for her boyfriend to beat my ride up. The front desk told me it didnt matter if I contacted who I booked through because she had to approve the refunds and she was absolutely not going to. I worked in a hotel as a manager for housekeeping for 5 plus years and I have never seen or treated anyone with such disrespect in my life. This whole situation was completely wrong.

      First thing noticed upon setting into the room was no hot water to spa tub that came with the room. I confronted the front desk right away and was informed their hot water system was down. It would not be fixed until morning.What the front desk failed to tell me shower water will be impacted in the morning. Had I known this, I should have demanded a refund. Unfortunately I booked this place thru 3rd party source, Priceline. I knew this would be pointless and it was not Priceline's ************ morning I realized no hot water for sink or showers. When I checked out at front desk, I asked I want to be compensated for the room failing to meet up to my expectations. They said leave your name and cell number and would work things out. Never once got a call. How can this place run a business like that? This location is one story back to back rooms. Unlike Comfort Inn across the street being multi-story.I like this location to fully compensate me with full credit to use spa room at a time of my choosing. Have them to give me up till end of this year to redeem this credit with no additional charges when I plan to be in town next time.Thank you.

      Business attempted to charge disrimitory fee to me that was not posted on the website or in any of my bookings for 150$ when my stay was under 90$ i refused to pay and stayed at a different hotel and was still billed by the red lion for staying there one night flagged it on my credit card as disputed and they lied to my credit card company saying I did stay there
